On the Chattahoochee River-Walk to Downtown Alpine Helen

Located right on the historic Chattahoochee River, just three blocks from downtown Helen, this newly remodeled property offers lots of outdoor lounging areas. The Retreat in just a few blocks from downtown Helen, but away from the congestion. Featuring an open floor plan, high ceilings and a large deck overlooking the river, it's a perfect place for a large family gathering or a get away for three or four couples. Right next door we also have the two bedroom Helen Riverside Cabin, VRBO property #267883. If you have a really big family group, rent both and be side by side! There is a covered, screened sitting area, fire pit, horseshoe pitch, eight person outdoor dining table and more. There is a handicap ramp and the downstairs bathroom is handicapped equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a TV in each bedroom and a 50" flat screen TV in the living room. The maximum number of guests is eight adults. There is an extra full size bed, suitable for two additional children. The parking area is limited to a maximum of five cars. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the house. For the security of the property and safety of our guests, there are security cameras outside the house, but there are absolutely no cameras inside. To avoid additional charges, please be accurate with the number of guests in your party when making your reservation. After your final payment and two days prior to your arrival, we will send a welcome email with everything you need for check in.
