The property was immaculately clean. The codes to get into the building, elevator and apartment were all perfect and the directions areon the front door and elevator so truly easy. The bed was very comfortable. Although aloft, when upstairs in the bedroom/bathroom area, you had privacy. The wifi and two televisions were perfect. The shampoo/conditioner and body wash were greatconvenient amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Xyza wasvery helpful. Thank you.

Fantastic stay

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend and the place was amazing. The bed was comfortable, the dining area was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Fort Worth.

Came For a Baseball Tournament - Didn't Want to Leave

Client visit, but felt like home

I travel for work, but this was a perfect place to feel like I was home. I spent a week here, and couldn’t have been happier. Communications were instant, the furnishings were top notch and the location is perfect. I’ll be back every time I’m lucky enough to come to Ft Worth!

This is a great property in the heart of downtown Ft Worth with tons of entertainment and dinning options within minutes walk of the building. The owner has left no detail undone, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a unique location in downtown Ft Worth.

When looking for a place to stay for the FFA Convention, this property checked every box! The location was within walking distance of the event and entertainment, the loft was clean and nicely appointed, and the communication with the host was perfect. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Wanted to stay downtown for my wife’s birthday weekend and we had fun. Place was very clean. It was very modern and a great location. Had issues with the AC but other than that it was great.

Perfect Location-Perfect Penthouse

This penthouse is in a great location. It’s safe, walkable, places to shop and eat. The penthouse is decorated nicely, with huge windows, industrial style, contemporary design. The bed was very comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors and being in the city, I expected to hear more traffic, but it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Moms Weekend @ TCU

The cool vibe & space of the Loft was perfect to invite my daughter & friends over to hang out. I felt extremely safe staying alone. I walked to dinner @ Reata & to coffee @ Sundance Square...both easy strolls in beautiful downtown Ft Worth.

I am torn between giving the honest 5 star review this property deserves and giving it a 1 star so that the price stays reasonable and it’s available when I am in town for work. The apartment surpassed my expectations for size, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. The owners were easy to get in touch with and provided all necessary details before my arrival. The only bummer (and others have mentioned the is) is the parking situation. I found parking just a block away on the street. The only problem was that to stay overnight, I had to wake up at 6 am to pay for the meter. Then I had to pay every two hours after that (parking is only available in 2 hour increments). Fingers crossed you haven’t booked it and it is available the next time I am in town!

Great location

Second time staying in a unit owned by the hosts. Another great experience. Location is convenient to great restaurants/bars. Went to TX Whiskey Ranch while visiting, which was a cool experience. Short drive to the grounds (10 mins)Only downside is the parking options but that is expected downtown if you aren't staying in a hotel. Unit is the same as you see in pictures and was actually nicer than I was expecting. Will continue to book with this host when in town for work.

Great location

It was just what we hoped for with the location being close to all the hot spots in downtown Ft Worth. The place was clean and cute. The only problem we had was it felt very cold in the apartment and the heater wasn’t working correctly but it was 20 degrees outside.. the manager provided us with 2 space heaters

Perfect space for a weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to find a place in downtown Fort Worth. Based on pictures, we chose this one and we are so happy we did!! Not only was it everything in the pictures and more, it was also in such a convenient area. We were in the perfect location to explore downtown, and only a 10/15 drive to the Stockyards. I would definitely recommend this place for couples wanting to get away for the weekend! On top of all of that, our host Will was extremely friendly, accommodating, and wanted nothing more than for us to have a great stay. We couldn't be happier with our choice!
