Sleeps 5 (unit 4b), pool, next to Big M Marina, 15 min to Roaring River

1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, and endless ways to enjoy nature.

We invite you to stay in Side B of our duplex which is located at the Big M Army Corp Campground. You will find your unit warm and inviting. The living and kitchen is open concept. There is a queen sized Murphy Bed located on one wall of the living room. There is also a 1/2 bathroom off of the living room. The TV is ready with a DVD player and Starlink internet for streaming. The Sapling kitchen is loaded with cookware and everything you need to prepare and serve a full meal or to just whip up something quick. Please note there is not a dishwasher.

Off of the living room there is a private bedroom with king sized bed and an attached full three piece bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Outside:
Our home has full access to the tribute falls pavilion located only 50 yards away. The pavilion is a rustic lodge equipped with a large inside table, community refrigerator and bathroom. Please remember that the pool and pool house are only open during the summer months.

Go Jump in the Lake!! Big M Marina approximately 1/8 of a mile away. Water sporting rentals are available at the marina as well as nightly slip rental. At Big M Marina you can dine at the 'Dock-n-Eat', one of table rock lake's floating restaurants. There is also a convenience store at the marina along with the Bear's Den Ice Cream Parlor. Marina and restaurant is only open during the summer season.

Nearby:
There is a Dollar General, local grocery store, pizza hut, and other small town amenities at nearby Shell Knob, a 15 to 20 minute drive. The closest Walmart is an 18 mile, 30 minute drive away at Cassville. Cassville also offers restaurants and a small hospital with 24 hour ER services.

Looking for a day of fun outside the house ask us about nearby Branson, MO (we love the Dixie Stampede and Silver Dollar City), Eureka Springs, AR (quaint town full of artists and history) or Northwest AR (Woo Pig Sooie, the free Crystal Bridges Art Museum and home of many well known entrepreneurs).

I was a neat place away from people, crowds and traffic. It was clean and had everything we needed. I forgot soap and shampoo but fortunately there was some there for the guests! Check out the abandoned camping park in the woods on the South side of the house. It's pet friendly and we took our pup who loved the open space. He's still tired two days later!

Quick Lake Getaway

Tera is an excellent host with great communication both prior and during our stay. So glad she provided beach towels for swimming because we forgot ours at home! Tera was quick to answer any questions we had!

Great find!

We stayed in the Sapling for seven days. It was in a wonderful location close to the Roaring River. We enjoyed the pool, the river and the comforts of home, while feeling like we were in a remote setting. It was a great balance. The place had everything we needed and more. Tera was a gracious host and communication was always quick! We would stay here again and definitely enjoyed our experience. Thank you BigWoodsCabins!

Cute and Clean

The cottage was very cute and very clean. I would recommend having the host drop you a pin as it is very difficult to find. Seems there are a few places in the area with the same address. And it could send you to the wrong location. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Sapling was amazing

Our stay at the property was awesome. Very clean and was really well stocked for our needs. Beautiful lake access. Deer would walk up into the yard. Beautiful drive. Convenient to Eureka Springs. Would highly recommend.

Visiting Grands and Daughter

Nice place near the lake and about 25 min. away from town and about 20 mins. away from Roaring River. All nice places to visit. Property Manager is awesome to work with and they have a really neat scavenger hunt put together that helped us to visit some sites around the property.

My daughter’s 18th Birthday- Wonderful Stay!

Such a cute and clean space. Everything you could need. We went for my daughter’s 18th birthday and had a blast. My daughter, 2 of her friends, and myself went to Eureka during the day and had a fire outside at night. They left the makings for s’mores and we stopped on Holiday Island for wood on the way back. About 20 minutes to the nearest grocery store. I loved watching the deer across the street and sometimes in the yard. Felt very remote but there are neighbors so also felt safe. Wonderful drive in and don’t let the roads scare you, I found them easy to navigate even at night. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Also bed in bedroom was very comfortable. Wonderful host. Even sent a sweet thank you note in the mail.

My husband and I have been married 15 years and we operate this business with my parents and kids. Three generations working together. All of us work daily inside of the agriculture and pet food industry. We all grew up within an hour of our lake cabin and have always enjoyed the amenities of the Shell Knob/Table Rock area. At home we enjoy time on our small hobby farm with our three beautiful girls. My parents farm full time near by. Our hobbies include: time on the lake in our boat, backyard grilling, vinyl records, and we love Missouri State Hockey.

This was a great addition to our existing rental across the street at Tribute Falls. We love that the property is extremely close to the lake. We love the Big M area. In fact, long before we even thought of buying a property we spent many dates in a jeep on trails in the Mark Twain National Forest, just minutes away from our cabin. Driving down M highway brings back lots of memories for us.
