Romantic Cottage Getaway avec utilisation gratuite des kayaks et des bateaux. Disponible 3 saisons.

Grande pêche à la truite, beau feuillage d'automne, paisible et à 2 miles de la route principale, pas de circulation, situé à l'extrémité d'un chemin privé, romantique, pas de bateaux à moteur sur le lac de sorte qu'il est très propre. AnalogTV, linge de maison de luxe, lit queen-size, cuisine complète avec vaisselle et appareils électroménagers, très confortable avec chauffage et climatisation à gaz, barbecue au gaz, terrasse, pelouses et jardins, mobilier de jardin, cornemuse au coucher du soleil, centre d'une allée antique, 1. 5 heure de Boston. 30 minutes. de Portsmouth à 30 minutes de l'aéroport de Manchester. (Remarque: nous revenons à des périodes de location courtes après une longue période de location, de sorte que nos excellentes critiques anciennes ne pouvaient pas être récupérées pour figurer sur ce nouveau site.)

We had the most wonderful stay at this cottage. It's a beautiful cottage...more like a small home than a vacation rental. It was spotless, comfortable and included everything we could possibly use and more. The area is so peaceful and pretty. We went kayaking and fishing and swimming. Our children and grandchildren visited and they loved every minute. Fran was the most gracious host making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay

Beautiful setting

We had a nice stay at this cute cottage. The reservation and check in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the kayaks were a nice way to enjoy the pond.

Great Cottage Stay

Great little cottage on a cute pond, perfect for a couple's getaway. Sadly, it was rainy the entire time we were there, but there were boats available for use and we saw a beautiful heron on the pond. Also, the internet was great for remote working.

Great little place

My wife and I had a great time. Fran was a gracious host. The use of her boat and kayaks really made it fun. The private beach was also a bonus. Fran recommended some very nice restaurants in the area. We’re looking forward to return in the future.

First family vacation

Quiet perfection

John and Fran’s cottage is quiet slice of heaven on a tranquil pond. The cottage was immaculate and the owners helpful and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the pond on the well manicured yard and property.

The atmosphere at Lucas Pond is calming and relaxing. The owner is gracious and friendly. I only wish they would allow dogs. I would love to come back with my pug and chug.

Great Spot for a Weekend Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at the cottage. Fran met us for a quick and easy check-in. The location is quiet and relaxing, and we enjoyed visiting the pond (and the ducks!). Although the weather was mostly rainy, we squeezed in a visit to nearby Bedrock Gardens and visited nearby Dover and Durham (about 25-30 minutes away but easy to get to). It was a great getaway!

Peaceful retreat

Fran and John were wonderful hosts, wonderful people in general! They were very accommodating and flexible. The property has a beautiful swimming pond right in front of it, a variety of boat vessels available for use. The cottage is quaint and cozy. We’d love to come back and stay with Fran and John again.
