Grande pêche à la truite, beau feuillage d'automne, paisible et à 2 miles de la route principale, pas de circulation, situé à l'extrémité d'un chemin privé, romantique, pas de bateaux à moteur sur le lac de sorte qu'il est très propre. AnalogTV, linge de maison de luxe, lit queen-size, cuisine complète avec vaisselle et appareils électroménagers, très confortable avec chauffage et climatisation à gaz, barbecue au gaz, terrasse, pelouses et jardins, mobilier de jardin, cornemuse au coucher du soleil, centre d'une allée antique, 1. 5 heure de Boston. 30 minutes. de Portsmouth à 30 minutes de l'aéroport de Manchester. Beautiful setting

We had a nice stay at this cute cottage. The reservation and check in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the kayaks were a nice way to enjoy the pond.

Great little place

My wife and I had a great time. Fran was a gracious host. The use of her boat and kayaks really made it fun. The private beach was also a bonus. Fran recommended some very nice restaurants in the area. We’re looking forward to return in the future.

Great Cottage Stay

Great little cottage on a cute pond, perfect for a couple's getaway. Sadly, it was rainy the entire time we were there, but there were boats available for use and we saw a beautiful heron on the pond. Also, the internet was great for remote working.

First family vacation

Quiet perfection

John and Fran’s cottage is quiet slice of heaven on a tranquil pond. The cottage was immaculate and the owners helpful and friendly. We enjoyed relaxing by the pond on the well manicured yard and property.

calming pond

The atmosphere at Lucas Pond is calming and relaxing. The owner is gracious and friendly. I only wish they would allow dogs. I would love to come back with my pug and chug.
