Cabin was very cozy. Hot tub was perfect! Make sure folks know to bring kindling wood, which we did. The fireplace was awesome!!! Wife played pool w me many times!

Cabin was excellent!! The space was great, location was great, and the back porch was an excellent place to start the day and wind down at night. Super easy drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Note if traveling with young kids who may like to wander at night - the bedrooms and bathrooms are separated from main living area with one upstairs and one down stairs. All in all, 5/5 stars will stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crimson Clover!!! It was so close to everything. We were able to go out and about and still return back to cabin quickly, if needed. The cabin was so clean.

This place was a very disappointing stay for my family and I'll explain. 1) There were several moths in the lower bedroom every day/night of which I have pictures to prove (one on the pillow first night). 2) Insects/ants were found throughout the place at various times. My wife got bit by a spider indoors and we had to take her to a nearby emergency hospital the next day. She was given an antibiotic IV and now still taking 2 scripts of antibiotic pills several days after our stay. I bought insect spray and sprayed the inside of the whole house. 3) Every night there were bat droppings right outside the patio door of the deck. A bat house was mounted directly above the patio door opening outside high above. 4) The upstairs shower dripped water after use through the upstairs shower floor down through the ceiling above the kitchen and onto the kitchen counter. I called the rental agency and left a message. Did not receive a return call. 5) There's no garbage disposal in the kitchen which makes cleaning awkward. 6) The view from the deck when outside was blocked heavily by trees. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify several points for future guests. Our cabin is located in the Great Smoky Mountains, which is part of a temperate rainforest. While we have the home professionally treated for pests on a regular schedule, it is not unusual for the occasional moth or other insect to find its way inside if exterior doors or windows are left open. Regarding the reported spider bite, we were never notified of this during your stay and therefore had no opportunity to investigate or address the concern. Likewise, we have no record of receiving a voicemail regarding the upstairs shower. Had we been made aware of any maintenance issue, we would have responded promptly so it could be inspected and resolved. We would also like to clarify that there is no bat house mounted on this cabin. Additionally, the property is on a septic system, so it is intentionally not equipped with a garbage disposal. This is not an advertised amenity. Finally, the trees surrounding the property are professionally maintained on a regular basis. As with any mountain property, summer vegetation grows quickly between trimming cycles. Current photos on the listing accurately represent the view guests can expect. We appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps us continue maintaining our cabins and providing accurate information for future visitors.

Great stay everything was cozy. I would note that you should bring kindling wood but they do provide wood for the fireplace. It was nice and peaceful the type of retreat we were looking for :)

The cabin was nice and as pictured. Our bad for not seeing that there was NO bathroom on main floor. The smell of pine soil was very very strong. All lighting needs to be addressed. It was way too dark in bathrooms and dining room. Luggage racks would be nice in bedrooms. But overall the cabin was okay.

We love the place,really close to the small town.the only little problem...we can't see Netflix on the TV, no smart tv...raining without Netflix doesn't sounds good.please update the tvs on the cabin.

Cute cabin on a mountain

It was very relaxing . The road up the place is pretty steep. The cabin has everything it listed . The jacuzzi heat pump would shut off a lot so I had to turn it back on to make it heat up . Fire place was nice . We played Poole . Overall very nice stay .

Wonderland

The stay was great. The t.p. holder was broke, but I know the place was booked and there was a winter storm the day before we got there. Trees and power lines down everywhere so I'm sure no one had time to fix it. The place was clean, and view was great. It takes a while for the hot tub to heat up(normal) but it's better than having a hot hot tub with the same water as before in it. I loved the real fireplace. I had a blast getting the hot tub hot and enjoying the fireplace. 10/10. Great stay and close to everything.
