🚭 No smoking or illegal drug use.
🕚 Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am.
🐕 No more than one dog allowed with pet fee.

🚫 No spray tanning, henna, hair dyes, or glitter.

💰 Charge of $25 per hour for early check-in/late check-out, allowed only when there are no other check-ins or check-outs on that day.
📡 No illegal internet downloads or commercial filming.
🎥 For safety, security cameras installed on the outside.
📦 Supplies provided are as a starter pack, guest responsible for additional supplies if required.

🌊 Hot Tub Rules:
🧍 Maximum of 6 persons.
🍽️ No food or drink in the hot tub.
🥂 No glassware around the hot tub.
🚼 No infants (under 1 year), pregnant women, or people under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications allowed in the hot tub
👶 Children (2-16 years) must be accompanied by an adult in the hot tub.
🛁 Use only the pool towels and not the white bath towels for hot tub use.
🧴 No body lotions or tanning creams allowed. Shower prior to getting into the hot tub.
🧼 Leave the hot tub in the same condition as it was found.
