Just 40 mins from downtown Atlanta & Athens, 3415 sqft (upstairs) PRIVATE Olympic pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, lounge room with 2 fold down futons, 1 office, 2 furnished decks, 2 tennis courts, basketball, grill and lrg pavilion perfect for gatherings. Guest have entire property to themselves with plenty of parking space. Smart TVs all rooms (70" in main) and WIFI throughout the house. Fully stocked coffee bar available along with provided cooking supplies and spices. Near lots of shopping and eateries. 30 mins from Mall of Georgia. Great for long term stays!!

Samantha was very kind to allow me to use her space for my white elephant party she also replied quickly to any questions I had during my stay. Everyone loved how spacious and clean the place was. Will definitely be back in the summer for the pool

A wonderful birthday staycation

Host was the absolute best with communication and her kindness. Was able to have a great birthday pool party. I enjoyed myself a lot and so did my guest. Will definitely be booking again and telling more people about it as well. My new top favorite places to go for a staycation.

Beautiful!

Perfect vacation area for our family/friends! Plenty of space and the outdoor amenities are outstanding! The pool did not disappoint and the basketball/tennis courts were hot spots! It truly felt like our own oasis. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely re book if we are in the area again and I would highly recommend this property!

Graduation vacation

Me and family decided to take a little getaway for the week and we're beyond impressed with this place!! The place was absolutely beautiful!! We are already trying to find another excuse to come back!! Even though our trip was cut short by a day since mother nature decided to go all out and the power went out, and that Georgia heat is something else lol... Other than that I can't wait to come back!!!Thank you Samantha for a wonderful stay!!

2nd Time & Still Impressed!

Samantha deserves the VRBO crown for "Hostess with the Mostess". The house was the perfect location for NYE for our family & friends. She was very accommodating and even left a bottle of bubbly for us to enjoy! The house was perfect fit for us. When the clock struck midnight we all were together as a family. We have now called this our "Local Oasis" and can't wait to return this summer!

Jellybean's Birthday

We wanted to give my granddaughter a great 3rd Birthday party since "normal" gatherings were halted the last 2 years due to the Pandemic. This rental checked ALL our boxes! The privacy... the space... the private pool!!! All the guests enjoyed themselves. Most importantly the birthday child had a blast, it will definitely be a party to remember. All questions were promptly answered by the Host & Management. I'm now trying to find a reason rent this house again!

No complaints

I had a graduation gathering for 2 of my kids at this location and the property was perfect. The house was very spacious. The pool was amazing. The tennis court/basketball court and extra yard space was a great bonus. My children had a wonderful time! on top of the property being great the host was phenomenal. She was very attentive, kind and thoughtful during this whole process. Planning a graduation gathering is very stressful but the host put my mind at ease and allowed me to make my celebration a hit. I will definitely be back! Thank you

We rented this location solely for the outdoor amenities and did not use the indoor spaces beyond the bathroom, which was clean. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty and underfilled, so much so that the auto-filter couldn’t operate. Instead of traditional steps, the pool has small recessed ladder-style footholds built into the wall, which are difficult to use, especially for anyone with mobility issues. The pool floor has broken cement and rust-filled holes, which looked unsafe, I didn’t let my kids near them.The tennis courts are in poor condition, with broken nets and no tennis balls provided despite rackets being available. Accessing the bathroom requires going upstairs on unstable, creaky wooden stairs, which felt unsafe.Overall, the property felt like an old neighborhood clubhouse poorly repurposed as a rental. For the price, it was a major disappointment. I won’t be booking again.

Hi Michelle, thanks for your review! During your stay your family enjoyed the pool each day of your stay. When I reached out to you to inquire how your stay was going you had zero complaints and I never heard anything from you. You are correct that the property used to be a old club house. It was turned into a residential property hence the large amenities. Unfortunately the crack you are referring to inside the pool is plaster that peeled up which will be repaired in the coming months. It requires draining of the entire pool so that will be done during the off season. The pool itself is very safe to swim and it was cleaned professionally the day before you arrived as it's maintainanced the same day every week. So it was clean and clear. Given it's an outdoor pool (uncovered) of course leaves and debris will sometimes blow into it, but that's why the net was provided. The tennis balls were inside on the counter right next to the door, but assuming you missed them given you didn't actually use the house other than the restroom. The house itself is spectacular so really wish you would have stayed given you paid for the nights. Either way I do appreciate your feedback. Sorry to hear you wouldn't stay again, but you're more than welcome to return. There will be added changes, but given the property size some things are a WIP. Have a great rest of your Summer. Best VRBO in Georgia

My first VRBO experience was the very best ever. The home was absolutely amazing with the most gracious host. Everything I needed was already provided and more. My children had so much fun in the pool, tennis courts, and play areas on the grounds. This is definitely more than a 5 star property. Can,t wait to book again in the future.
