In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind.We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.

In November 2021, we purchased the Blue Bungalow. It had never been updated & was very dated... SOOO.... We spent a year completely remodeling the house, while still trying to maintain its historic appearance and uniqueness. WE LOVE THIS HOME! It's spacious, high quality, cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax! We have decorated the house to feel like a historic beauty (including several antique pieces that we found in the shops in Monroe). Our personal favorite spot is the large front porch (also, the best place to enjoy morning coffee) & the back patio to relax!
