Front and rear porch’s have a wonderful morning view and a magnificent evening sunset view. Sits on its own private waterfront point and wonderfully secluded. Less than a mile from beaches and boat ramps and some of the best restaurants you will ever enjoy

House was very nice. We really enjoyed our time there. The dock area was nice. Our only complaint would be with the spotlight on the cameras at night. When you have guests visiting if the cameras must be on, is it possible to turn the spotlight off on them?

We enjoyed our stay. The host, Dusty, always responded quickly. He was flexible. A great host.No issues while staying there.Our bed was very comfortable. The house was clean and welcoming.I recommend this rental.

Lovely home in a lovely location. So clean, organized, Spacious, and comfortable. Short drive to beach in Pass or over the bridge to the Bay. We appreciated being able to have our dogs with us. Hope to return again.

House was very clean, easily accessible, kitchen adequately furnished, comfortable beds, huge kitchen for cooking and dining table for eating. Porches very roomy and furniture easily can take a nap on while enjoy the breeze and quiet. Loved the dock / pier
honestly where we spent majority of our time attempting to catch some fish but were more successful with blue crabs. Definitely looking forward to coming back but for a longer stay next time!!!

This home was perfect for us and our two dogs! The home was clean and well furnished. The host was very attentive and helpful. It was a great vacation in a beautiful location!
Goldie loved running around the yard and walking out on the dock.

We’ve stayed at this property 3 times and have enjoyed every visit. Dustin is great to work with very helpful. The house is well appointed, very quiet and comfortable. The boat dock and pier is great for fishing or just relaxing. Close to anything you might need as well as restaurants. We’ll be back for sure.

My husband and rent the house which is actually a HOME, for our Anniversary. We totally enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoy everything about our stay. I recommend staying there for anyone.

Relaxing Water Views

Back porch views of the water and lounging on the pier was just what the doctor ordered! We had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoyed watching the rainstorm come through. Would definitely come back for another stay!

It was a lovely and comfortable home. The view was outstanding, and we were able to see a dolphin one morning. No luck fishing though. The guest bedroom door would not shut all the way, although it did have a hotel-type lock. I did notify the owner of this. In addition, there was a cargo lift that we would have really enjoyed and been able to use, but it was not available. I don’t know if it was other than that it was a fantastic trip locked for use to guests or if it was actually broken.

Excellent quiet place

We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. House is at the end of a street and the area is really quiet.House is about one mile to the beachYou will need to carry everything up stairs into the house, so pack for that. Plenty of under porch seating and Picnic table on the pier. You can watch a great sunset from the upper porch No mosquitos right now, a definite plus.Kitchen full of cooking equipment One bathroom big walk in shower Other bathroom big jet tub that did not turn on.Great time, would come back.

Relaxing Water Front Retreat

The Host is outstanding and the property is properly maintained and very clean. The location is great for many local attractions. We are repeat customers planning our fourth visit with our entire family soon. Our grandchildren love the crabbing and fishing from the pier. Watching the sunsets is a tranquil experience!

Beautiful Views of the Bay

A peaceful, quiet area yet close to a walk track and great places to eat. The sunsets were amazingly beautiful. The property owner could not have been more responsive to questions and helpful with checking in. We will definitely be back.

Sping get away

Property was nice. Hauling luggage and groceries up two flights of stairs, not so nice. I probably should have asked. I wouldn't have stayed here. Bathrooms were rather disgusting, with black mold, in the shower and on bottom of the shower curtain. I cleaned houses, for forty years. I would not have lasted, if I cleaned like that. Shamefull! Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Anniversary get away

The property was very clean upon arrival. The house is located at the end of a street, so somewhat isolated. The house was well-equipped and furnished. All appliances were top of the line. Very nice if you want quiet with beautiful views.

Second time around...

A bit tardy with this review but our second stay (Feb 9-12, 2024) was not the best. Outdoor furniture was green with mold, no mattress pad on the king bed, and the sheets were stained. Odd interaction about it all from the owner, Dustin. We stay in roughly 6-10 'rentals' a year and have never had these issues, perhaps the worst part being the owner's ambivalence to it all. Great house but I think we'll pass next time.
