Surrounded by greenery and plenty of palm trees, this family-friendly home is a great spot to enjoy relaxing by the water! The private pool (helpfully covered by a lanai) provides the best views, allowing for poolside relaxation along with fresh breezes sweeping up from the water. If you feel like fishing, just head over to the private dock and enjoy the water up close. Inside, you'll be able to relax easily thanks to central air conditioning. Views of the water can be had inside too! The furnished sun porch is perfect for long conversations with some sun tea. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals, plus luxurious extras like a farm sink, French door refrigerator, glass cabinets, and a breakfast bar with room for up to three guests to enjoy a meal. You'll love the laid-back waterfront vibes of this home - just kick back and enjoy the view.

Dock details: The boat lift is not for guest use. Guest can stand, sit, or fish on the dock. Guests can tie up a 25ft boat to the dock. However, Vacasa is not responsible for any issues with the docking of any water crafts.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place in Cape Coral

This place was pretty much perfect -- clean - nice location - great pool, water way view, sun room , patio - hard to imagine anything better

The pool was cold so we did not use it. The kitchen, bathroom and laundryroom was well stocked with supplies.The shower could use a good anti-mold cleaning and regrouting. There were no nightstand lamps next to the bed or next to the sofa for reading.Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in the very quiet neighborhood and beautiful home.

Lovely home

We stayed at the house for a week for our first visit to Cape Coral. The photos don’t really do the home justice as it’s beautifully decorated and really cared for. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. We hired bikes and cycled to Pinchers Crab Shack for lunch which is in the lovely marina about a mile away. A perfect base for a cost to SW Florida. Great rental company too so would highly recommend renting this home !

Cape Coral First time

Beautiful house, great neighborhood, close to Rotary Park for walking and near Pinchers and Westin marina. Pool and lanai were very nice and had great dock. Dishwasher broke down and was not able to be fixed while we wear there, receiving compensation. Other minor problems were fixed quickly by property management. Would stay again.

Perfect for relaxation

Perfect place to relax. It’s nice to sit in the back and watch the boats go by on the canal. We were there for New Years so we also got to see fireworks over the water. The house was spotless when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Close to everything you need (grocery store, restaurants, and plenty of convenience stores). The owner and management company were accommodating to our needs.

Immaculate

Beautiful, smaller home. Only issue was dishwasher didn’t work and had a difficult time finding out how to communicate property issues to Vacasa - Vacasa could make the communication process easier and more intuitive.

Excellent!

This is a great property. It was perfect for just my husband and I. Our flats boat was safely docked and the side yard was perfect to store our trailer. Very short boat ride to the River and in-shore fishing. Close to Publix. Nicely stocked kitchen. The pool was amazing on the super hot days. There are a couple of baby goats across the canal - they made themselves known and it always made us smile. The only "small" negative that I can add is that the fridge didn't quite get as cold as we would have liked - although it was certainly cold enough to keep all food/drinks safe. Loved this place and would love to come back for sure!
