Christianshavn est situé au centre de Copenhague, entre Amager et le port intérieur. Le district a été fondé en 1618 en tant que village de commerce et d'artisanat avec son propre hôtel de ville. Malgré la hausse des prix de l’immobilier, le trimestre a encore des traces évidentes qui indiquent le statut historique de quartier ouvrier. Entouré de canaux et de remparts verdoyants, Christianshavn est populaire auprès des habitants de Copenhague qui apprécient une pizza ou un café le long des canaux. Dans les environs, vous pourrez non seulement vous promener dans les vieilles rues pavées, mais vous y trouverez également de nombreuses attractions: depuis la tour dorée de la Erlöserkirche (Vor Frelser Kirke), vous pourrez admirer la vue sur la ville. They were very accommodating with our check in as our flight was delayed and answered any questions. The apartment it self was nice and well decorated and we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was a good place to stay, but was a little difficult to find. It was clean, had minimal toiletries (bring your own stuff), and was a little smaller than expected. Reasonably clean, but a little old. Felt safe in the building. Location was walking distance to many places to visit and dine. I would stay there again.

Anniversary Trip to Denmark

The apartment was perfect for exploring Copenhagen and the surrounding area. Super close to the metro (main line to the airport and downtown), grocery store, bakery, and other essentials for a stay in Copenhagen. Within easy walking distance of the downtown area. The apartment was clean and very efficient. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for us. Easy to get into. We were communicated with often during the process. ESy access from the airport. The elevator was an unexpected bonus.

The flat had everything we needed for a week-long stay. It was a comfortable place to sleep and rest during the day. The location is convenient for everything you need -- supermarket, metro, tourist attractions, etc. And the view of the Church of Our Savior is a nice little added benefit. It was delightful to open the window in the morning and hear the bells of the church playing.

Location, location, location.

This was a great place. It was very quick and easy from the airport and much was walkable. If not. the metro was 2 blocks away and ran every 3 minutes. The two balconies was great and view of church at night.... brilliant. The building was very quiet and the baker and groceris were one block away.

First time in Copenhagen

Such a great location in South Copenhagen! We were met by the property manager and she could not have been more lovely! After a detailed orientation of the apartment, I asked a million questions about sights, directions, and all things Copenhagen, and she was so helpful! The apartment was situated right by a church and the steeple was always so helpful to guide us back in the right direction!

The apartment is dated but exactly like the listing so no surprises.(It was adorable per my wife)Has balconies off the living area in back and kitchen in front.Apartment has a lift. Very nice neighbors!The best thing was the location.The 2A bus stops right in front of the building and will get you north to Reffen or the other way right to Tivoli Gardens.3 blocks away is the metro which goes directly to the airport.A few blocks further is the Harbor Ferry to Nyhavn, Kastellet and the Little Mermaid.Location is fantastic!Also Freetown Christiania is just a 2 block walk.We would definitely stay here again.

Nice to be met and shown to the apartment. Well situated for exploring. Spacious and comfortable lounge - but bedroom quite ‘cosy’ and bathroom small. We were lucky to be there in hot weather but harder to cool apartment down. Lift very helpful. WiFi was good. Lots of DVDs around but didn’t seem to be a player or audio system. Good TV although didn’t use it.

lovely apartment

This is a charming apt in a great location! It was so nice to hear the cathedral bells! And I was able to walk anywhere I wanted to go. I do think the managing company might take a bit more care with the place: half the kitchen lights were out during my stay, the hand soap bottle was left empty by the bathroom sink, and there was food left in the fridge. I had a great time and enjoyed the apt, but those sorts of details do matter and it doesn't take much effort to check that lights work, the fridge is clean, etc.

Good proximity to metro and supermarket, bakeries. Comfortable; well stocked cutlery, crockery, glassware; good fridge and oven/hob. Cramped bathroom not ideal for those with mobility issues. Lift at the landing. Check-in employee was excellent: helpful and clear. We were allowed in early which was a bonus. Church carillon was welcome and a good neighbour. Traffic noise could be intrusive but double glazing in place. Air or noise take your choice.

Schönes, wohnliches und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einem netten zemtrumsnahen Viertel mit zwei Balkonen und Blick u.a. auf die Vor Frelsers Kirke. Das Bett im Wohnzimmer ist breit genug für eine Person und bequem. Das Schlafzimmer ist hübsch, aber klein und bietet keinerlei Möglichkeit, Kleidung zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen, der Schrank war verschlossen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und zum Duschen muss man in eine recht hohe Sitzbadewanne steigen, also Vorsicht bei Mobilitätseinschränkungen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen.

Tolle Lage

Tolle 4 Nächte in Kopenhagen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Gleich neben Christiania und an der Vor Frelsers Kirke. Parken ist um die Ecke auch möglich (kostenlos 8m Klovermarksvej - 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch Christiania durch). Von da aus war für uns alles zu Fuß erreichbar, alternativ ist eine Metrostation gleich ums Eck. Ebenso Supermärkte (Brugsen, 7-Eleven, 365 und Bäckereien - super). Und ein schöne Kanäle für ein Bierchen oder Eis am Ende des Tages.Die Badewanne/Dusche ist ungewöhnlich, die Ausstattung an sich aber toll.

Sehr zentral gelegen, absolut sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte in 5- 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und viele Bars und Restaurants, wie auch die Metro. Absolut empfehlendswert.

This was a lovely apartment in a cool area of Copenhagen. Although the apartment itself is smoking free, in the morning and evenings there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the kitchen area from neighbouring apartments, we had to close the kitchen door to stop the smell from coming into the rest of the apartment during the night. The shower also quite old, and could be difficult to get into for guests who are a little unsteady on their feet.

Our stay was very pleasant, we felt like being at home. Just a point: the address of your office, written on the papers in the appartment, is obsolete. We wanted to go to the office to leave our luggage there for a few hours and we went to Hindegade, 2 and there was no office. Maybe you should change it and put the right one, just in case. The bath was a little bit old but in general everything was OK. Nice stay : )
