This Luxury Villa in the beautiful Storey Lake Resort community has the best location in all of Central Florida's resort-style communities. It has 9 luxury bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, sleeping up to 22 guests. This home is only 9 miles away from the world-famous Walt Disney World Theme Park. If you are looking for more fun and excitement from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, it is just 10 miles away. All the homes we offer are professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The unit will be cleaned and prepped before your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our reservation team!

The downstairs Great Room is equipped with 65 65-inch TVs and a Formal Dining Room Seating of 12 plus 5 Counter Stools, there are two king bedrooms with a suite. The second floor has 3 King bedrooms, 2 full bedrooms, and 2 Twin and full bedrooms with 3 Full Bathrooms.

The place was very nice. It was clean, but I was told that I was able to stay at the resort and leave my luggage there, but they told us that we could not leave the luggage so it was hard to get around .. I would really suggest in your review s to tell people about coming and if they come early before check into the house to make sure they have beach towels with them because I ended up having to spend 20 a piece for my towels at the poolside at the resort .. but the stay was amazing. The house was very convenient for 18 people. We very comfortable in the house

It is a spacious property in a great location. We had a great time. The only sour taste is the property is listed as having a pool, spa and BBQ grill. When we got the check in email we found out we had to pay extra if we wanted the water heated in the spa and we had to pay extra to use the grill and oh if the grill ran out of gas we were responsible for filling the tanks. The added fees added 10% to the rental cost. We didn’t end up “renting” the grill and the kitchen is not set up for cooking for a large group. Other rentals we have had have had a large array of spices and other cooking supplies that had been left by other renters which was greatly helpful. Not here. Not even salt and pepper Then the check out rules had us washing all the towels and bedding and still out by 10 am. It all left a bad taste in an otherwise great trip. Not even close to the standards we have come to expect through VRBO rentals where we pay a high fees including cleaning fees

Almost perfect

Everything was great! The house looks like the pictures. The only con was the internet went out the night before we left. Also, the communication could be a little bit better we reqested the pool heater but no response. Other than that excellent location

House was very large and spacious for our big family. Target is located very near and we had to purchase washcloths (non provided) and baking sheets (non provided). We did notice several roaches inside the home. Kids enjoyed the pool at the house.The clubhouse lazy river, pool, slide, etc. was very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed our time at the clubhouse.

The property was obviously well used with some loose fittings. There was a shortage of glassware which was immediately rectified by messageing the host. Overall we were very satisfied.

Disney World family holiday

Overall, the house was fine. The location was great with easy park access. Target is so handy and met our grocery needs. Plenty of rooms for our group of 15. The pool was wonderful for the few days it was usable. Unfortunately, the weather tanked and the heater which we paid dearly for, was unable to keep up which resulted in no swimming. The furnace was also unable to keep up. The upstairs was comfortable but the main floor was cold.

Pleasant Place

We really enjoyed the house. It was very nice, clean and specious. The neighborhood was very nice too. The property manager responded to all my questions very quickly, so l really was pleased with that. One think we had trouble with was that the internet service wasn't good. I wish there was more utensils, and couple of other things in the kitchen that were missing. Also there was no soap in the bathrooms. In overall we loved the place.

The property is exactly as shown. The community itself is perfectly location next to shopping groceries and entertainment. We did disney, icon park and go karts. It’s located within miles from shopping malls as well. The on site water park, lazy river and miniature golfing is walking distance or a short drive from your home. We loved the community as well as the spacious well decorated home. It had every appliance and cooking tools needed as well. Request for the pool to be heated because even in 80degree weather it can still be chilly. Overall 10 out 10

Plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay in Story Lake Resort and the house was great for our large group of 8 kids and 11 adults! There were no washcloths provided which would have been nice, but we purchased some inexpensive ones at Wal Mart and just left them behind. The kitchen could use a few more items to make meal prep for a large group more convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and the host was quick to respond the couple times I communicated with her. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Convenient to stores and amusement parks. We did pay for pool heat, but probably would not have needed it during the week we were there - but the kids LOVED spending our off days in the pool. Thank you!

This was not my first time in a themed home. This was an ok experience. It did NOT measure up to the other themed home in the same complex. The check in process for this property was incomplete upon my arrival. I was not listed at the gate so I was denied entry. Even though I had given the names of all my guests days prior to arrival. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The table and countertop were not set up like the pictures. They were empty. There was no table in the game room. The pool table has seen better days.There is a light fixture hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen.There was mold in 3 of the 5 bathrooms. Another bathroom smelled like urine.The towels folded on the beds were still wet. We placed them in the dryer to dry them completely.About 6 of the beds creak a lot, making it difficult to sleep.I paid extra for a heated pool. The pool was about 8 inches low on water so it never did heat up because the heater is for both pool and the hot tub. Other units hot tubs spilled over into pool to make in warmer. I did request a refund for the heated pool. I did receive a refund for that. I wasn’t as pleased as the last visit.

Large home, lots of space for our family

We were a total of 15 people. Grand parents / 4 adult children, their spouses and 6 grandkids under 7. We had lots of room for everyone. The layout of the house is beautiful. It was clean and well equipped. There are extra fees to use the BBQ and $ per day charge to have the pool heated which we did not opt for because our main goal was to spend 5 days in Disney. The water in the pool was cool and my kids were disappointed that the hot tub was cold But I explained it was my choice. The owner cancelled our early check in we had requested and paid for. The fee would be refunded but we are still waiting. It was an inconvenience with small children flying in from various part of Canada with early flights but we were able to access the water slides and wading pools at the club house. It was very busy and waiting until 4 pm was a bit long and tiresome after a travel day. So even if you pay for an early check in. Don’t count on it. Storey lake is about a 20 minute drive to Disney mainly because of morning traffic and stop lights. There is a convenient Target within walking distance and a mini putt. The gated community is safe and clean. The homes are very close together but we had no issues with noise. Though neighbours used their pools later than us, we really didn’t hear them. The game room was echo-y, we didn’t spend much time there, didn't find it relaxing with the kids being loud. It is a great house for a large group and Storey Lake is a lovely resort community.
