Very nice, quiet and relaxed

We stayed here for 11 days and it was perfect! A great place to launch from into Istria and explore. Easy to find and very quiet. Family Rudan were amazing - really helpful and attentive. The villa is very large and easily accommodated 5 of us. Very much recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Istria.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home in Istria and can highly recommend it.The property is huge and almost completely fenced, which was perfect for our Australian Shepherd, Finn. Only a small section behind the house was temporarily secured with a simple pasture fence, but this was not an issue for our dog.The house is fully equipped and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. A big plus for us was the garage with direct access to the house. The pool was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The entire property was beautifully cared for and offered several seating areas, a children's play tower, and even a volleyball net.A special thank you goes to our host, Iva. She welcomed us warmly with homemade pastries and a welcome drink and was always available whenever we had questions. We especially appreciated the fresh salad from her garden, which was absolutely delicious. My wife and I had a fantastic holiday together with Finn and felt at home from the very first day. The combination of the beautiful house, the spacious grounds, and Iva's outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable vacation.Thank you, Iva, for the wonderful time. We would gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend this property.Warm regards,Chris

We are not satisfied

The house is in a good condition and the owner was quite friendly and helpful while we were staying there. If there hadn't been several cons we would have really enjoyed our staying there. First of all, when we talked to the owner we specifically mentioned that we are going to stay with our dogs. We were told that it's not a problem whatsoever. During our checkout the owner had no pretensions. However, we were charged afterwards for a piece of furniture that was damaged by our dogs. The damage was not serious (Just a little attrition on the chair) however, we were charged with the cost of the chair plus the delivery. When we wrote to the owner that we do disagree with that, the owner just stopped replying to us. Secondly, the yard is not fully covered with the fence and we were not told about. There is a steep cliff 1.5 meters height close to the garage entrance. Pets and small children can fall down because there are only several flowers and no other fence. We were pretty concerned regarding our dogs safety. Moreover, there is another problem because the house is located close to a road where some trucks and other vehicles drive sometimes. That's pretty noisy and again not safe for pets and children.

Thank you for your comment! We will certainly accept your oppinion, and we will try to fix anything possible because we want for all our future guests to be satisfied and for them to feel safe and comfortable while staying ion our villa. The damage caused by your 4 dogs has been charged because it can't be otherwise repaired. Thank you for staying in our house! Family Rudan

Awesome

Amazing villa , we really enjoyed the swimming-pool. The villa is well furnished, very clean and the air conditioner is a must-have. The place is very quiet and also close to the other towns and beautiful beaches around (Pula, Rovinj...). Thank you to Iva and her family, who are very lovely and helpful. We spent an amazing holiday. I would certainly recommend this villa as a starting point to visit the whole of Istria.

Unvergessliche Zeit in Istrien

Perfektes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lager
