The host is very accommodating and communicative and this was the cleanest, most organized home we have stayed in over many years! The location is also great with plenty of walk to restaurants, grocers and anything else you may need. Highly recommend this property for a family or friends stay!

The kitchen was fully equipped. The temperature in the house was very comfortable. We used all 6 bedrooms. The location was excellent. Our host was incredible, like a genie in a bottle
.our wish was his command. It doesn’t get better than that. A very enjoyable stay.

Great house. Very spacious 6 bedrooms. 1st floor is amazingly large for big groups. Very comfortable beds.Host was very responsive. He allowed for early check-in upon request and was willing for late check-out, which wasn't needed but very much appreciated.Very gracious. Great neighborhood with good restaurants around the block and metro 5-10 min walk away.

Our stay over Christmas couldn’t have been better! The house easily accommodated our family comfortably in the rooms and dining table. We cooked almost all our meals there over the holiday week. Good selection of utensils, matching plates glasses and cutlery, and helpful amenities like paper towels, bags, salt pepper oil. Plus coffee pods for Kieran. Having the 2 parking spaces was super helpful during the busy Zoo Lights time. We also enjoyed easy access to walk to the zoo and metro. Clean sheets, fresh towels and lots of toiletries. One point to be aware is there isn’t a bathroom on the downstairs floor, it is on the 1st. The pillows could use a refresh but overall the beds were cozy. I definitely would recommend staying at this house in DC!

The house was clean, furnished beautifully and stocked with everything we needed. Roozbeh, the home owner, was extremely responsive. I recommend this home if you plan to spend some time in the DC area. It’s perfect!

Great place for a family trip

Beautiful house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a family trip. The neighborhood was great and safe, lots of good restaurants nearby and close to the zoo and Metro. The host was excellent and responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!

Beautiful property

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. It was the perfect place for all of us to gather and visit. The house is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and communication with the host was prompt and so very accommodating.

Family DC Trip

The house was perfect for us. It provided a large enough common area for relaxing downtime and each bedroom was spacious. There were numerous quality restaurants within walking distance. And access to the subway was great so everyone was able to get to the sites that they chose with ease.

Great location and good stay.

The house is in a great location between metro and zoo with a Starbucks nearby. House is old traditional. Host is ultra responsive. We would stay again. A few points not covered in other reviews though. Only one tv in house and some of kitchen accessories were not up to a 6 bedroom house ( for example a small two slot toaster). Not sure we would describe as “luxury” but we enjoyed our stay.and would recommend.

Fantastic location, lovely and stately property just perfect for our family. Well stocked. Great host who was available and responsive to our small issue. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy. Roozbeh you are wonderful! Metro and zoo very, very close by. Shops as well.

House with character and lots of rooms

Place was a great stay, had 6 bedrooms of decent size that sufficiently housed 7 adults and 3 children. Some good restaurants walking distance. We ended up taking short metro stops to sites. Also drove to MGM for night gambling, which was 15-20 min away. Host was nothing short of great and accommodating. Two master suites and still had plenty of bathrooms for morning and night routines. Great neighborhood and safe!
