This spacious home is Located in the Seacliff gated community, adjacent to the Kilauea Point National Wildlife Refuge and the Kilauea Lighthouse.

You will enjoy large panoramic windows throughout the home with extensive mountain and bay views. This well maintained three bedroom two and half designer home spans 3,880 sq ft on one level with travertine tile throughout. A covered Lanai with BBQ is adjacent to the kitchen and sitting areas.

Relax in your spacious master suite which its sitting area along with its lush outdoor shower.
The two-guest bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Internet access and Smart TV's in each room.

Comfortable Interior AC System with four controllable zone.
Sonos sound system in master, living and pool area.

Seacliff Plantation, a gated Community is just a short distance from Kilauea town with a market, restaurants, shops, coffee houses and bakeries, and the rest of the North Shore's incredible beaches. I have now stayed here twice. The first time, I was the guest of friends who had rented the villa for an extended stay. For the six days I was there, I pinched myself every morning (and noon and night). I vowed to bring my family back, and a few weeks ago, I did just that. We are, all four of us, still aglow with the experience. First, there's the house itself. It isn't merely a place. It is a home, with all that that implies. Light floods in from floor-to-ceiling windows, yet from the moment you walk in the door you feel embraced by the home's warmth. Each and every aesthetic touch is done with care and taste, without sacrificing a shred of comfort. We toggled between going out and eating in, and the kitchen is lovingly equipped with anything a serious cook might need. The outdoor shower off the master bath turns a routine shower into a sublime, meditative experience. The pool is perfect. You can sit anywhere in the house and look out at the birds (you'll see not just nēnē and the ubiquitous red junglefowl, but mynas and tropicbirds and others) and the lushness of the Kauai landscape. Dawns are gorgeous. The view from the preserve at the top of the hill can't be beat. We booked the house many months in advance and it was a seamless experience from beginning to end. The hosts were lovely to communicate with, and Jon, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. Overall, our week here could simply not have been better.

Amazing property
We had a great time at this amazing property! Location is beautiful, and the property itself is perfect! Kitchen and everything else is "fully loaded" with everything and more you can think of. Jon, the property manager, is great and very helpful. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Home with Amazing Views!
This home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the North Shore. The owners were excellent to work with and we appreciated having a local property manager (Jon) to greet us and take care of anything we needed. We highly recommend this property if you're looking for a non-resort, private, luxurious experience. We will be back! Mahalo!

Stunning home with gorgeous views
One of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. Incredible views from every room--ocean, mountains, lush vegetation. The house was so clean, it glowed. Well stocked kitchen with some necessities when you arrive, including Nespresso pods. The coolest kinetic sand table that will keep you mesmerized for hours. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings.
