I loved the ocean view and everything about this condo. Right on the beach. Was very relaxing. We only could stay one night but I’ll be rebooking for a longer stay soon! I use VRBO a lot and this is one of my top favorites!!

We really enjoyed this property. It is so very convenient to any location imaginable. The corner balcony is a plus and the view of the beach and the gulf is amazing. The parking is spacious, and the gated entrance and exit are easy to navigate. This unit is tastefully decorated and provides a relaxed beachy vibe throughout. It is a great place to stay!

We have stayed in the Crystal Beach area of Destin several times and this was wonderful! We loved being right on the beach, security provided, and the cleanliness of the condo. It was perfect for our family.

A Gem on the Emerald Coast

This was our first visit to Destin and we were very pleased with the property. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Direct access to the beach meant we could take lots of spontaneous beach walks. We had a bit of a glitch upon arrival but Teresa was very responsive and able to resolve the issue. The location is great, easy access to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We’d love to stay here in the future!

Fantastic time in Destin. The condo is decorated very beautifully and is extremely well equipped with everything you need. Owner is great to work with. The additional beach unbrella and chairs we arranged were always waiting for us early in the morning. Hope to make the trip back soon!

Another awesome stay

Since finding this gem 3 years ago, we won't stay anywhere else. The condo is very modern, clean and comfortable in every way- comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen and a big plus is the washer and dryer. If you love crowded beaches, this place is NOT for you. My grandsons even love this condo and beach. Never in three years had a problem. The price is well below any condos we checked out especially the high rises and it's so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Teresa, for providing such a wonderful place to make memories.

Great location and great condo. If you are light sleeper though, the can definitely hear the people above you. However, that wouldn't stop me from stay in this condo again.

Condo was excellent; pool/property nice; Beach chair service available; however, they line them up umbrella to umbrella and will not allow to sit in front, which would be fine if they would just give enough space to walk between. We first thought it was a one day crowded time but they did this everyday regardless if they were rented or not.

Better than you can imagine!

We normally stay in a high rise and find the beach area very crowded. This year we discovered a real gem. This low rise condo offers the best in beach life-- from beds to views. The beach is not crowded; the kids could run and play without worry. It's a very short walk from the door to the beautiful beach. My family even said they don't ever want to stay anywhere else so without a doubt we will back. We didn't have any problems, but when we needed info the owner, Teresa, was very quick to respond. You will never regret staying in condo 305!!

Best stay ever

This is our second year staying at this property. Last year my family said they never wanted to stay anywhere else. The newly renovated condo is perfect. The brightness, cleanliness and decor is the first thing noticed. From the comfort of the beds to the fully stocked kitchen to the gorgeous view of the gulf from the balcony, our stay was perfect. There is not one thing I could complain about. If you want the perfect place to stay,I highly recommend this condo. Teresa, the hostess, is very easy to work with even though we didn't have to make a contact this year, last year we did have minor problem but it was taken care of in a timely manner. We have stayed in high rises but never again since finding this gem.

Perfection

Our stay was perfect from the gated entrance to parking area, the gated entry to the beach and pool area, and the keyless entry into this beautifully decorated condo. This condo is on the third floor and only a few steps from the elevator, which we never waited on for more than fifteen Seconds! The location of Teresa’s unit is located on the end of the complex , so you do not hear people coming and going, nor, the sound of the nearby elevator. It truly couldn’t be a better location. The condo is decorated in calming beach colors, comfy furniture in all room ls(yes, even the beds), and a balcony at the perfect level for a view of the dolphins we enjoyed watching each morning. The kitchen is very well stocked and met all of our needs. The beach is private for this condo
