THE PROPERTY
Coastal feel and cozy, this beautiful vacation rental is 11 min driving from downtown Naples, and 15 min from the beach. This 3 bed/ 2 bath home, sleeps 6, the large living room couch could accommodate more people if needed.
Recently updated, the home features a very open and spacious layout, perfect for larger families. The heated pool is very inviting, it extends with a deck, and the sunbathing area. There is also a lounging area by the pool, completed with an outdoor grill.
CLEANING PROTOCOL
This house is professionally cleaned. During these times, we've updated our cleaning procedures to make sure we are doing our part to keep everybody healthy and safe. There are also a few extra cleaning supplies in home, if you would like to do some cleaning upon arrival.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check -in time is 2pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated based on availability.
Check-out time is 11am.
Property has a smart lock, you can check-in and out at any time with your code.

Hello and Welcome to our home away from home. Radu and I fell in love with Naples after looking at homes all along the coast, from Clearwater to Marco Island.
We currently live in Chicago and try to visit Naples as many times as possible.

We love the architecture, the community feel and its amazing restaurants and shops.
Having breakfast at one of the Cafes on 5th or having an ice cream and a stroll, are a couple of our guilty pleasures. Not to mention the beautiful beaches and biking along the green trails.
