The cottage features 2 bedrooms (a king bed and a queen bed to sleep 4), a full bathroom, and a large front porch. It is dog friendly and includes a secluded fenced-in back yard. Cottage A may also be rented (if available) to sleep 4 more guests. Cottages are separated, have separate porches, separate entrances and separate fenced-in back yards.

Each cottage has it's own private driveway with 2 parking spaces. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s). All of downtown Greer's charming shops, restaurants, amenities and events and within a short walking distance.

The back yard is also separately fenced-in for each cottage. There is an access gate between both yards that may be used by guests to create a larger private, "dog park" if neighboring dogs from both cottages are allowed to mingle. There is a $75 non-refundable pet deposit to be collected separately from booking.
