Point Marianne is one of the most beautiful properties on Keuka Lake. The charming lake front cottage has large A frame windows overlooking the lake. With an open floor plan it is perfect for enjoying time together. It is conveniently located on the east side of the lake just 6 miles from the village of Hammondsport which boasts shops and restaurants. The Keuka lake wine trail is at your fingertips with 7 wineries within just a few miles. Relax on the large deck or dock and watch the beautiful sunsets over the lake. There is availability to launch a boat and a single covered manual lift for your boating pleasure. You may also use the small boat dock and row boat. Enjoy lake front beach. This property has been meticulously cared for and loved by the owners . There is a shared driveway to the adjacent property but 2 parking spaces are available for your stay. We hope you enjoy the property as much as we do!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing week at the lake. The place was everything we wanted and the hosts were lovely and quick to respond. A perfect, quiet place to relax with friends and family.

Great location, directly on the lake

We had a great relaxing time. Owners are wonderful and so helpful. The home is clean, comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family. We were close to Penn Yan and Hammondsport, and many wineries.

Very nice cottage

Very clean ,everything is available that you may need, beautiful view right on the lake , everything was as promised will plan a return trip. We also met the owners very nice couple .

Quaint getaway in the water

A perfect location right on the water on the east side of the lake. Close to a few wineries, a short 10 min drive to restaurants in Hammondsport, in a very quiet, secluded neighborhood. The property/home is rustic. The furniture is older and worn, but everything is clean and comfortable. Although there is a drip coffee machine, remember to bring your own coffee. The weather was windy and cold during our stay so we missed the opportunity to spend time on the water, but the view from the couch through the expansive windows was beautiful. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive with all emails inquiries during our stay, answering almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great spot on the lake!

This place was perfect for us! It's great to come back after a long day of fishing. Nice big open space to hang out and has all the basic amenities. Owners were very pleasant and nice to talk to. They're nearby and willing to help with any questions you have. 5 star rating across the board! Highly recommended!

Cute Property, Nice Owners

Great view, nice island kitchen and living room area for games. Perfect location near Hammondsport which had a nice café for breakfast and coffee. Beds were a little bit loud and creaky but overall slept well and had a great time driving around the lake and visiting many wineries.

Keuka Getaway

The owners are friendly and approachable. Their playful dog is charming. The view in the main living area is spectacular, with two large windows overlooking the lake. We brought our bikes and also hiked along East Lake Road and South Lake Road. Towels and linens are provided, as are utensils and any supplies you may need in the kitchen and bathroom. The A/C keeps the main kitchen/living area cool. It's a good idea to bring large fans for the bedrooms on hot summer nights. There are two couches and a single bed in the living area if it gets too hot to sleep in the bedrooms. This is a comfortable space for family and day guests. It is most ideal for three to four people. The location is peaceful, with private homes surrounding the cottage. Adjacent to the cottage, is the main house which is framed by beautiful trees and flowers. There are plenty of chairs provided to relax on the beach. Because this cottage is on the east side of the lake, the best sun of the day hits from noon on. The guest boat hoist is easy to use. We plan to return next summer!

Weekend getaway

This was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located and we had a wonderful time exploring the area! Not a fancy place but it was just perfect for what we wanted, a place to cook breakfast, go to some of the wineries and eat at some quaint restaurants. Small bathroom, but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was cute and the view was incredible!
