Lakewood Landing: "Une maison lacustre qui accepte les animaux de compagnie dans les vignobles"

Ce magnifique Cape Cod est disponible à la location. Avec trois chambres spacieuses et deux salles de bain complÚtes, le chalet offre un confort exceptionnel pour une famille de six personnes. La magnifique terrasse enveloppante est couverte à l'avant et offre une superbe vue sur le lac et la fin de la falaise. Il y a une grande cour avec une pente progressive pour les enfants à jouer ou à exercer des animaux domestiques. Le chemin de terre tranquille qui passe devant le chalet est utilisé uniquement par d'autres propriétaires de chalets, et est idéal pour faire du vélo ou de la marche.

La porte d'entrée dans le chalet mÚne à une cuisine de campagne entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner. Juste à cÎté de la cuisine est un charmant ensemble de salle à manger donnant sur le lac. Le salon situé à l'avant du cottage dispose d'un mobilier confortable et de qualité pour que vous puissiez profiter de films en soirée ou de jeux de société. La chambre du premier étage a un lit queen size, et est situé à cÎté de la salle de bain spacieuse au premier étage avec douche / baignoire combo.

Le deuxiÚme étage dispose de deux chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec des lucarnes pour améliorer la vue sur le lac. Une chambre a un lit king et l'autre deux lits simples. Une salle de bain complÚte avec douche est située dans le couloir en haut de l'escalier.

La plage naturelle, au bord du lac et de galets est parfaite pour les enfants. La profondeur de l'eau est progressive pour la baignade idéale, et un quai est disponible pour amarrer votre bateau.

Les attractions à proximité comprennent le restaurant au bord du lac, des vignobles primés tels que McGregor Vineyards et Ravines Wine Cellars, le Windmill Farm et le Craft Market, et à 10 minutes en voiture de Penn Yan et Hammondsport!

The house was the perfect location. We were directly half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. We had great views of the lake and were close to tons of great wineries! My toddler had a fun time playing in the large yard and at the lake’s edge. Loved our stay!

Excellent place

The house was very clean and loaded with most essentials. All the beds were in pretty decent shape, and ample room for the four of us. The location is great! Beautiful view of the lake, and walking distance to the “Switze” restaurant were we ate twice. Highly recommend this place.

Great place to relax

This was a great place for relaxation, wonderful views of the lake, having outdoor fires, and accessing all that Finger Lakes has to offer.

The house itself was very clean, very pretty. Not an easy place to park at considering the next-door neighbors have put up huge boulders and makes it very hard to get in and out where you’re supposed to park. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is good size but probably could use a new mattress wasn’t very comfortable at all. it’s nice to know that it is pet friendly, but we didn’t take our pets after all. It would’ve been better if I had more people going with us but all in all it was a nice day. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch to see the water.

Awesome Place to Stay

The house was very clean, pretty and in the perfect spot. We made a mistake with parking and they were so polite and kind in helping us fix the problem. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful house near with views of the lake

Wonderful house, walk to the lake with private dock. Views of the lake. Close To Penn Yan and Hammondsport. Winery’s galore. Very comfortable space. I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and nice place. When you pull into or out of the driveway you need to pay attention because there are big rocks lining the driveway. Poor water pressure. But would stay at this place again.

Relaxing Views of Lake

This was a last minute booking for us and we enjoyed lake views from the porch and dock during the week. Walking distance to both the Switz and Keg & Barrel with good atmospheres and eats. We enjoy cooking in, and gave a slightly lower rating because most dishes were dirty, like they were used and just put back in the cupboard. That said, location was perfectly central to wineries, hiking, restaurants, and other activities. Pups enjoyed their daily walks, swims and kayaking!

Beautiful location, great house

Check in was super easy, the house was exactly as pictured and very clean. There was plenty of room outside and inside. The house had close access to a dock on the lake. The street was quiet and in a good location. We were a group of 6 with a puppy and were all very pleased with our stay. Would recommend and will book again!

Keuka Lake 2023 Vacation in June

House was fine overall. Water pressure was great. Bushes in driveway need to be cut back and trimmed. Difficult to enter/exit vehicle for passengers.Very pleased with accommodations other than that.

Nice home, well equipped and clean. In a convenient area close to both Hammondsport and Penn Yan. We were there the second week of September and it turned rainy and cold, but if we’d had better weather we may have been disappointed in the very small beach. But it’s truthfully represented in the pictures so no complaints.

Beautiful time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house is lovely and cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is particularly nice. Very spacious and great for family dinners. Be aware that the dock leading to the lake is NOT attached and is actually across the street and down a long flight of stairs. If you're bringing a kayak or canoe, it's a tad tricky to get it down to the lake. But still lovely overall! Highly recommended for families!

Would visit again!

Was with a group of 5 adults who came for a weekend of wine tours. The house itself was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and accommodations. The wrap around porch was beautiful and offered plenty of shade. Everything we needed for outside was in great shape- furniture, grill, & fire pit. The dock was perfect for relaxing on as well. The “neighborhood” was quiet and there was a restaurant and brewery within walking distance. I can’t say enough good about the house, property, and surroundings. I will definitely be back!

Great stay

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Clean comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The dock is across a quiet road. The road has zero traffic but is a great walkway to the Switz. There’s a brew pub about a half mile walk away as well. We hung out on the dock on the chairs they had down there. It’s a little shallow but we were able to dock our boat without any issues. It didn’t rain but if it did there was a big covered porch. The place was great.

Enjoyable

This was our second time staying at this location. We absolutely love everything about it. They only thing we didn't enjoy was the water pressure at all fixtures. When taking a shower, the water just trinkled out of the shower head. There is either a broken pipe somewhere or the owner has to readjust the amount of the waterflow. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.

Great stay with a few glitches

We had an amazing stay,place was very clean and kitchen well stocked. Just a few things--There is no king size bed upstairs as listed,it is a full size. Parking was not sufficient for 3 vehicles with trailers. Exact parking should have been communicated properly as we had another home owner harass us even tho we already took care of the parking issue with our rental company. Overall, the place was very nice,rental owners were very nice as well and we had a great vacation.

Good property and location. Steps coming into back door too high for older people. Steep slope from driveway to back door. Very hazardous and dangerous to older renters . Driveway “ poles and rocks are poor barriers when backing out of driveway. No railings from front porch steps to front yard. Basic safety issues that should be addressed.
