Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay only was in town for the weekend to drop son off at hpu. The location of the home was everything in a peaceful neighborhood. House is beautiful the owner/host has thought of everything.

Great family time

Unfortunately, we were in town for a funeral, but have this place where we could all be together was much better than having to get separate hotel rooms. And everything was just as stated, so we had a very comfortable stay!!

Great location. The property is clean, hassle-free check in and out process. The owner kept us well informed of the expectations during our stay, as well as checking to make sure that we have all we needed to make our stay more convenient. Definitely will recommend this place!

Not worth the money

We booked this home for a quick extended weekend, and while I have to say it was "okay" for 3 nights, I'm glad we did not stay longer. The check in process was great, but upon entering the home we immediately noticed there was a servere mold smell coming from the back bathroom. Another reason for the low stars is the lack of furniture in the home. Each bedroom has one tiny nightstand, one bed and a chair. There are no dressers or anywhere to put your clothes; there are also no curtains in any of the bedrooms so expect an extremely bright morning! On top of the sparsely furnished bedrooms, the kitchen is also pretty bare. There are 2 tiny pots to cook with so if you plan on cooking a meal during your stay you will have to bring extra pots and pans. There is also no dish detergent provided upon arrival, so if you are like our group (who has rented homes through VRBO for years) and expect there to be a small amount of soap to start your stay, you are mistaken. Lastly, the location of the home leaves much to be desired. It is located directly next to a small motel and the neighbors on the other side are very loud. So if you are traveling with children (like we were) bring earplugs for them because the neighbors apparently like to blast music from their cars and Rev their engines until midnight. Overall- definitely not worth the price, this home is extremely overpriced for what it is.

Sorry you did not appreciate our home. The home is as described in the pictures with blinds, kitchenware, and furniture. Unfortunately sounds like you did not review the pictures before making reservations. You certainly had different expectations and requirements - would be helpful in future to contact the host to make sure your wish list of amenities are fulfilled prior to making reservation and most importantly bashing the host and the property for not meeting your expectations.

All 3 showers were gross

We arrived and found all 3 showers uncleaned. I notified the host via phone and text with no response. It got late and I was not going to let my parents, grandparents, wife, daughters shower in that filth. So, I purchased the cleaning supplies to clean the showers. I documented via pics and video how dirty our brand new sponges were after cleaning the showers, the hair all over the drains, the mildew and pink shower curtain mold, and the gray slime that came off the master shower wall. All of this was coveyed to the vrbo main number on our first night. Not only did we not get a response from the host we kept getting the robo messages about how happy they are no have us (the human mesages took zero action to make amends for us doing their work to clean the showers). On our 3rd night and after another robo message telling us to be out by 10 am for the "cleaning crew" to come I called one of the hosts numbers again. I had doubts about their "cleaning team" since flopped on preparing for us. An assistant to the host picked up this time and could offer no help and only said the phone "system" is down and to message the main host via the app. What phone system do you need to return a call or text request. Dont rent a house if you can not even handle phones. There was also hair in the sheets and a spider in the kitchen the size of deck of playing cards.

Great location

We stayed here while dropping son of at University. Had a problem with WiFi and host immediately took care of the issue. Only issue was I couldn’t find where the info for check out was. Wanted to make sure we followed instructions but couldn’t find them. We did our best to clean things up so hopefully it was what they wanted. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous Place to Stay!

We rented this home for my daughter's graduation from HPU and we could not have been happier! The location was phenomenal and super convenient to everything we needed to have access to! The home was incredibly spacious and comfortable! The process of renting and checking in/out was seamlessly easy! I received swift answers to all of my questions and felt the owner had a vested interest in my stay and comfort levelI would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the High Point area!

Wonderful interior.....

The exterior of this home does not do the interior justice. A very plain, non-descript outside gives way to a very nicely appointed interior with nice bedrooms. The only drawback to interior was a lack of reasonable seating in the bedrooms. Each had some sort of odd camp-type chair which didn't blend with the decor and was uncomfortable.
