Just two blocks from Mass Street and the KU campus, you’ll be in the heart of the action while still enjoying your own private retreat. With two bedrooms and one bathroom, there’s plenty of space for friends, family, or a weekend getaway packed with fun.

The apartment is clean, stylish, and ready for you to make it your own. Lounge in the spacious living room with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen—stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials are included. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely to be collocated through "Stay Awhile" properties and relaxing together between graduation activities. Loved our stay and would choose “Stay Awhile” again (& again)

The unit was clean and perfect for our needs this weekend. Loaded with lots of amenities and in a great location. Only suggestions to make the stay better would be more ice trays and a bin to store the ice and some cooking tongs. We did notice the dryer needed a couple cycles to get clothes dry and the hot water didn't last long. Couldn't get through two showers back to back. Next time we'll adjust the shower schedule. Other than those minor things it was perfect and comfortable. We'll be back.

Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay and the location was perfect while visiting KU! We loved the outside common area. It was perfect to sit outside and visit rather than being inside. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely be back when we visit our kids again. Thank you!
