This new condo development is located in the exclusive, gated community of Fundadores in Puerto Los Cabos. Enjoy ocean and golf course views from your own private balcony. The unit is upgraded with high quality furnishings and appliances, and tons of entertainment for your group including a built in-BBQ and outdoor fridge. Soak up the sun in the community infinity-edge pool, where you can entertain guest with a swim up bar and Palapa.

For an additional $200 per week, you can also use the private beach club exclusive to the residents of the Fundadores community. Enjoy food and drinks by the pool/beach at the Clubhouse restaurant. This fee also includes access to the gym.

The property is well decorated, clean and very well cared for. The location and the view of the Sea Of Cortez and Palmilla Point are amazing. I will stay there again.

Absolutely awesome!

I can’t say enough great things about Bernice (our concierge) and our stay at this beautiful home! The balcony and kitchen were my favorite part but honestly the whole home was fabulous! We will definitely back!

Unbelievable

When I saw the pictures online, I assumed that there was no way the villa and views could be that good. Everything was even better than the pictures. I hesitate to say this because I don’t want to let the secret out about this place. We are already talking about booking our return trip and staying in this exact villa again. Exceeded our high expectations!

Great High End Option

The golf villa and its amenities, section pool and beach club, were a very relaxing and gorgeous option. Pools were actually heated, hot tubs were hot, beach club was not overrun and rules were enforced, no marco polo, cannon balls or catch in the pool...Very much adult oriented or for families with well behaved children. Rare in Cabo even at the high end to have promises delivered, especially issues like heated pool, hot vs. warm or cold tub...Villa had everything you would want, plus great double gated neighborhood for morning walks, etc. Beach club was great, reasonable food and drinks, attentive but not intrusive service, staff glad to help, not expecting tips for every little action. Many grocery stores nearby and the small but well stocked California Ranch grocery store just outside by the Marina. Zadun hotel was very welcoming to Fundadores guests, whether checking out the boutique or eating at the restaurants. Saw more whales close in than our many previous trips to Cabo and Hawaii put together.Owner was helpful and concerned that we enjoy, local contact Bernice friendly and helpful. What more can I say?

House hunting trip.

We stayed for four days and spent our time looking for a retirement place. This part of Los Cabos is a lot quieter which we loved. The unit was absolutely beautiful and had an incredible view. The house manager was wonderful.

Perfect Quick Getaway

We've been to Puertos Los Cabos several times. Each time, we've stayed in a large home with other families in La Noria and Fundadores. For this trip, we we're looking for a quick trip for just my wife, 9 y/o daughter and myself. This golf villa was perfect from standpoint of location, amenities access and price. Communication pre-arrival was great. Bernice, our local concierge was great. Overall, place exceeded expectations - great view, well-appointed and clean. You can tell that the villa owners love Cabo and really have put a lot into this place to make it top notich! Looking forward to booking another trip at this wonderful golf villa!
