Jolly Beach & South Beach are a 2 minute walk from the property.

We just returned from a great stay at “Just Beachy”! The space was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. The sofa/bed in the living room was very comfortable. My daughter slept on it and the 3 of us enjoyed sitting on it watching a movie. We utilized the cooler bag, 2 beach chairs and the 2 floats in the closet. It is close to the beach, food store, restaurants and the absolutely, new beautiful pool! We will visit again ( hopefully soon)! The owner was very responsive and communicative before our stay and Amy was helpful during our stay! Book it!

Perfect Location

"Just Beachy" is the perfect villa for my wife and I. We've been visiting Jolly Harbour for 15 years and have previously stayed in one of 'finger' villas, all f which have steep stairs to the bedrooms. Just Beachy is on one level, with no stpes. It is also ideally located for access to the commercial area with several excellent restaurants (our favourite is Sea Dream, with live music two nights per week) and the Epicurean supermarket.We loved our three-week stay and will return either later this year or/and next March/April. Easy going vacation

This was our first time to Antigua. Everything went smooth and property was as expected. Clean and tidy ! Enjoyed having a golf cart to get around. Makes it easy to hit the beach or pool and the grocery store. This property has a nicely shaded patio area off the kitchen. This was great for us as we like to get out of the sun at times. Kitchen has good selection of pans and utensils as well. It doesn't take long before you feel right at home here. Hope to visit again someday soon !

Just Beachy was peachy

Good location for bars and beach. Very clean and well equipped. Very generous welcome pack. Bit of difficulty working the shower but Amy was quick to get back to us and problem solved. Enjoyed our 3 night stay before joining our friends across the road in St Mary's. Thanks

Great Location, Great Apartment, Great Experience

The location in Jolly Harbour was perfect for us as a base to explore the island as well as enjoy the convenience of a short walk to Jolly Beach. The apartment was large, well equipped, clean and quiet. We had no issues with anything (except for a couple of power outages that were not the fault of the host and they were short outages). If we had any questions, the property manager was easily reachable over WhatsApp. Overall, we had a great experience at the apartment.

Place to stay in Antigua

Very nice property. Excellent location. Next to restaurants and supermarket and close to the beach. Owner and property manager were available for any issues. I would recommend it to anyone. Location wise it is very handy to visit the Island and it is close to the best beaches in the island. Ask the property manager for a map of Jolly Harbour to help you locate the property. It will make check in easier.
