House has 2 bedrooms, full equipped kitchen, laundry room and more. Private covered back porch, gas grill, corn hole or just watch the dear and rabbits, play. Sit by the firepit and relax.

Great property and wonderful host! We so enjoyed the town of Fayetteville. We walked to dinner each evening after exploring and enjoying New River Gorge National Park and the surrounding area each day.

The listing says the property has no smoke detector but it appears to have two which eased my concerns. The kitchen had everything needed and more - the frosted glasses in the freezer were a welcomed touch. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet which we appreciated. We especially enjoyed the back porch in the evening. If we make the trip to Fayetteville again we would stay there!

Really enjoyed our stay over the July 4th weekend. Everything was 100% as advertised and our host was very responsive. We even watched the fireworks together. The property is very very quiet which I really enjoyed. The location is walkable to downtown Fayetteville though I will say, parking is not an issue at restaurants so driving is also not a big deal. Would for sure stay again.

The home is perfect for couples who love to be quiet and expect quietness from the neighbors. The house is well equipped with everything. The living room has two comfortable armchairs with raised legs and recliner so that you can lie flat. There is seating on a covered porch in the back of the house with views of the garden and trees. Sometimes, deer walk along. A real fabulous place. The TV is huge though we did not use it. Dishwasher is available and already loaded with dishwasher detergent for many cycles. The New River Gorge National Park, visitor center, bridge and trailheads are nearby. The town offers nice cafeterias, and groceries are not far. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back.

This property is one of my favorites. The home is very clean and decorated so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need. It's location is ideal. The owner has thought of everything you might need including games for outdoor use as well as a fire pit. Covered back porch for morning coffee. Quite neighborhood.

Perfect Place To Stay

We book this house every year. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, and has everything you need. The mattresses are so comfortable, and the linens always look and feel brand new. Definitely a 5 star place to stay.

Great location for walking into town. The house had everything we needed for cooking and the beds were comfy. I wish we’d had one more night so we could have grilled outside and enjoyed the backyard. Timely communication about checkin and all my questions were answered. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for accessing the National Park and other area state parks. The bed was very comfortable and we had the kitchenware needed to prepare meals. Everything was clean and convenient. Tresha was a gracious host. We enjoyed seeing deer in the back yard and how quiet the area seemed. Even with neighbors nearby, it still felt quite private, while also being convenient to town and other amenities. Definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.
