Cliffhouse is the ideal location for a getaway. It's where you go to relax, create fun memories, reconnect with loved ones, enjoy the best of nature. You can be as active as you want playing tennis, basketball, football, swimming, snorkeling ... or just take it nice and easy sunbathing while you listen to the waves caress the rocks.

Fenced, gated, and recently renovated house featuring 5 bedrooms, surrounded by 2 acres of lush garden, a gorgeous pool, a tennis court and private access to a stunning coral reef where you can swim, snorkel or scuba dive.

STAFF:
There is a mandatory daily service charge of US$120 which is to be paid directly to the staff, as these services are not included in the rental price.
Present every day to attend to daily chores and to prepare breakfast and dinner is Anjelita (our house attendant) and Yogi (our chef). You may order groceries online at HiLo supermarket and coordinate with Anji for them to be collected.

At Cliffhouse our goal is to pamper you, to delight your tastebuds, to remind you of how special you are, and to help you to create awesome memories.

As the name suggests, the property is located right on the edge of a clifftop, there is a 16ft wall with trees and bushes protecting the edge, and some fruits depending on the season.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION :
Bedroom 1 for 2 guests:

Sea view, 1 queen size four-poster bed (canopy) with en suite shower room fully equipped and toilet.

Ceiling fans, air-conditioning, safe, and closet with mirrors.

Bedroom 2 for 2 guests:

Sea view, 1 queen size four-poster bed (canopy) with en suite shower room fully equipped and toilet.

Ceiling fans, air-conditioning, safe, and closet with mirrors.

Bedroom 3 (Master) for 2 guests:

This room is accessible by a staircase.

1 king size four-poster bed (canopy) with en suite shower room fully equipped and toilet. The shower room has access to a private balcony and a fantastic sea view. The room features a small business corner desk as well.

Ceiling fans, air-conditioning and a safe.

Bedroom 4 for 6 guests:

Garden view, 2 double beds and 2 single bunk beds with en suite bathroom (shower/tub combo) and toilet.

Ceiling fans, air-conditioning and storage furniture.

Bedroom 5 for 2 guests:

Garden view, 1 queen size four-poster bed (canopy) with on suite shower room fully equipped and toilet.

Ceiling fans, air-conditioning, safe, and closet with mirrors.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
2 very large living areas together with a fully furnished open kitchen:

Living room 1 with TV and sofas with ceiling fan.

Living room 2 sofas with sea view and ceiling fan.

Kitchen: granite countertops, bar with 6 stools, sink, 6 burners stove, US fridge and freezer, microwave, blender and coffee machine...

Wi-Fi all around.

Note: our guests must observe a non-smoking policy.

Covered outdoor dining: large dining table with benches and chairs to accommodate up to 14 guests. Outside kitchen and gas BBQ .

Patio: featuring lounging seats and facing the sea.

Garden: tropical trees, 2 hammocks and an oak framed gazebo with sofa and balustrade offering a breath-taking sea view.

The swimming pool is next to the dining area, the pool is secured with a fence. There is an outside shower and lounge chairs on the pool deck.

The tennis court is next to the pool and comes with Basketball hoop.

All confirmed booking will be followed with a much more detailed information “Welcome Booklet” leaflet emailed to our guests.

Fantastic!

This property was truly one of a kind. Very comfortable, very thoughtful, and lots of fun. So many areas for everyone to have their own space and share. Very tidy, and very kind service, if however sometimes not very quick or thorough with communication, the entire stay more than made up for it. I congratulate the owner for such a beautiful property and thoughtful touches.

Beautiful property. Snorkeling & view was wonderful. Cool modern home. Angelica kept it tidy for our group of 12 &helped arrange a few excursions.Chef Yogi prepares excellent meals & is unobtrusive in personality but wealth of info if you ask him. Owner accommodated our arrival w minimal groceries we had not placed our grocery order in advance so be sure to do that! But chef Yogi knows how to work with what you have & make it excellent. Kids enjoyed pool, tennis & snorkeling.

Cliffhouse stay

Beautiful, safe spot. Anji consistently kept the house clean and tidy. Sidjae/host very available. Yogi/chef was an unexpected blessing. Food was tasty and plentiful. Many local items were a nice surprise. The snorkeling off the cliff was fun although the water entry and exit was challenging. Experienced several power failures but outside of the Cliffhouse staff control. There were no shortage of things to do while the power was out. Family gathering with beverages at the wall for sunset was an every night affair. Overall a very good trip.

Best family vacation

We had a wonderful time at CliffHouse . The house is beautiful and the property is private and well appointed. The home has been newly renovated and has a beautiful layout for large groups. Watching the sunset Every evening was a highlight. We even saw dolphins playing as the sun was going down. Waking up to the most beautiful view and walking down to the ocean was a highlight of our trip. We played pickle ball, went fishing, ate delicious food and relaxed. The staff was absolutely amazing! Yogi the chef is an exceptional cook and a wonderful person. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this home for your next vacation. You will not be disappointed. Jamaica It’s one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Best Experience Ever!

I don't normally take the time to review anything, but I had to make sure everyone knew about this gem! We rented this beautiful Cliff House for a yoga retreat I hosted and it was an amazing experience. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. The rooms were amazing, especially the master suit, which has a private upstairs porch area to sit and relax as you watch the beautiful Caribbean sea. The staff was so friendly and chef yogi was our absolute favorite. He prepared us some traditional, delicious meals that never disappointed. The owners of the property we very attentive to answering any and all questions I had, which were a lot. Our group felt rested and restored and we didn't want to leave. I have a feeling a couple of us will be renting this house again soon.

Paradise

Cliff house is a spectacular getaway. The home layout is perfect for a blended family of all ages. The water is beautiful and the reef is great to explore. Fruit trees on the property made for fresh mango daily. The pool & tennis courts are an added bonus. I will say, the access to the ocean is difficult. It’s not steps, but a ladder that requires talent & strength to navigate. Although 2 sea accesses are pointed out in the photos, one ladder has broken and even though you are able to jump in, there is no way to climb out. Some of our party was not able to enter the ocean due to the difficult ladder getting out. If the access was better, this home would be a 20/10. Anji & Yogi are wonderful and Razor, our driver is an absolute gem.

Secluded Paradise on a Cliff

I am pleased to be able to provide an excellent review on this establishment. We wanted a secluded well appointed private villa for our family. Having stayed in venues around the world you never know what you going to get as photo’s can be deceiving. CH delivered !! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at CH. CH has an elegant, colloquial atmosphere that is perfect for an island getaway for those who don't want the cookie cut resort holiday. The villa is well located 25min to Negril to the East (Ricks Cafe) and Montego Bay and Dunns River Falls to the East. If you have your own vehicle you can also explore inland from Orange Bay to the Mayfield Falls & Spring (highly recommended and not as touristy as Dunns River) or one can meander via Lucea to the Blue Hole (also highly recommended). Cousins Cove is very private and we enjoyed the early morning swims and sundowners (where we could watch the sun set directly in front of the Villa). Unlike many other villas you WILL want to spend more time at CH. CH has two direct access plunge points into fantastic snorkeling reefs and we swam around for hours enjoying the warm water. The kids enjoyed jumping off the second plunge point and swimming around to the main water entrance point. Now if that is not enough we had hours of fun on the court playing tennis and Picketball. There is an option to have a chef (Yogi) who prepares dinner and breakfast. You must have his snapper ! We would definitely book again !! It was too short.

AMAZING PROPERTY- CORAL REEF IN YOUR BACKYARD!!!!

This place is like heaven on earth. It's pure bliss, when you walk through the gates your blood pressure will instantly drop. The house itself is spectacular, gorgeous finishes throughout and felt like brand new construction. The pool, tennis court and gardens were immaculate. BUT THE REAL REASON to get this house is: the CORAL REEF. It's private, it's literally in your backyard. OMG. It doesn't get any better. Previously on the trip we paid for a catamaran snorkeling experience only to discover that the best snorkeling we saw the entire time was right behind this house. It's extraordinary. The staff was amazing. Yogi cooked us the most delicious meals, Pauline was so attentive and Razor (the driver recommended to us by Pauline) was awesome! Sidjae, the owner, felt like a close friend by the end of the trip. She made sure that every question or want was accounted for at all times, she was so responsive and incredibly gracious and welcoming. 10/10- we will absolutely book this house, the next time we are back in Jamaica. P.s. the size of the house and layout is awesome, perfect for a big family or several families traveling together.

Paradise!!!

What an absolutely beautiful home! The snorkeling was AMAZING
our kids could not wait to get into that ocean every day to see the breathtaking marine life (bring a Go Pro)!!! We saw “Dory”, colorful coral, puffer fish, Gar fish, squid and lots and lots of other gorgeous fish amongst the reefs. We loved the tennis/pickleball/basketball court (bring your PB paddles & balls)
many, many hours of play out there. The pool was absolutely perfect, so relaxing floating on rafts in the beautiful Jamaica sunshine! The property and landscaping was stunning! The sunsets
ohhhh the sunsets! So many stunning sunsets captured on our phones! Relaxing on the hammocks with a book was delightful. They also have board games, card games, cornhole and more. Would suggest bringing a portable speaker to play music outside as you will spend ALL of your time outdoors enjoying all there is to offer. The sweet owner, Sidjae purchased all of our groceries for us ahead of our arrival which was so helpful. Yogi (chef) and Anji (house attendant) fed us so well and kept the house nice & tidy during our stay. We had 7 wonderful, fun-filled days with our family and could not have picked a better place to spend it! We rented a car and explored some other places on the island

A bit misleading...

Misleading description and in the middle of nowhere. The grounds, property, etc. are beautiful but you're at least a 30 min ride to Negril and that gets expensive. The TV never worked, wifi was spotty at best and you're not informed of having to pay for meals selected until after they have your money. I get having to pay for meals but we were overcharged and charged for things like paper towels, seasonings that were already on property and clearly opened already...even food items we didn't request. After itemizing the bill the owner did accept a much lower amount but come on. And "johnny cakes" are not made with powered pancake mix (just add water!). There were also several items we requested we never got in addition to being charged for 30 lbs of chicken for 6 adults (we only had dinner at the house 4 out of 7 nights and 1 night we had lobster. We also got locked out of a room safe and neither the prop. manager or house keeper ever responded after several texts and phone calls. A key did show up 2 days later w no explanation. In fact we never saw O'neill the property manager once although owners will tell you to contact him for rides and to arrange and visit to his local bar. If you want seclusion and don't mind being 30-45 minutes away from civilization and don't mind paying a small fortune for groceries this is your place.

Cliffhouse is Magical

Our family of ten (ages 2-75) spent seven magical days at the Cliffhouse. With its 3 secure acres, great snorkel access corral reef, fabulous pool, tennis/pickleball court, open layout, outside meals, comfortable AC bedrooms, wonderful housekeeper Anji, fabulous cook Yogi (both of whom gave us a taste of Jamaica), this place and its arrangements are unique and well worth the cost. We keep talking about a return someday.

Absolutely beautiful Jamaican oceanfront home

Our stay at the Cliffhouse Jamaica was a wonderful vacation experience. The property is even more amazing than the pictures online. And Yogi (chef), Anji (house manager) and Wallace (driver) were wonderful, reliable, helpful and so easy to work with. We loved every one of the special dishes that Yogi prepared for us. He takes great care in making the meals and works very hard. And he is just a pleasure to be around. So were Anji and Wallace. The snorkeling was a big highlight and we took advantage every single day. We brought our own equipment - they have a few items but it wouldn't have been enough for our large group and we were glad to all have our own. The pool was great and we also played tennis. If you plan to play tennis - bring a can of tennis balls. The home is beautiful with lovely accommodations. And we ate dinner or had a drink with an amazing sunset view EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. It was honestly difficult to leave at the end of the week. Our two high schoolers and three college aged kids all really loved it, too. We did not rent a car and were very glad that we didn't. Anji made car arrangements for us very easily and Wallace was a wonderful and reliable driver when we needed him. Be prepared to relax, read, swim, rest, and eat very well if you stay here. It is a Jamaican island gem.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the view is breathtaking and so peaceful. We snorkeled , swam , played tennis and relaxed a lot. Anytime we needed anything our questions were answered immediately. The staff is very friendly. Our meals were delicious. We would have stayed forever. This experience is something we will never forget as a family.

We had a great visit at Cliffhouse. Sidjae was always very accommodating and helpful. The villa is very clean thanks to Anji and the food Yogi served up was super delicious (request brown chicken stew!). The pool was refreshing and the sea was inviting!

MAGICAL!!!!

What a beautiful, blessed, and magical place! We, along with five of our friends, just returned from celebrating my partner's 50th and I'm sure my party would agree that the pictures online don't do The Cliffhouse justice! The only bummer is that we had to leave and did not book a longer stay. Sidjae, the owner of the property reached out weeks before the trip to make sure that i had everything i needed for our celebration. She had pre-ordered some Prosecco and even face timed me from a local wine shop to purchase some locally made cheese, meats, and chocolate in anticipation that we'd want to toast and celebrate upon arrival! I've never had a property owner go out of their way like that! From way before our actual time at the property to the very end of our trip, Sidjae was kind, extremely communicative, and very helpful. Oneil, from what I read in the booklet woud've been our driver, however, since there were 7 of us, he had contracted out a driver named Wayne who truly was a key part of our trip. He took us everywhere we needed to go including the best local jerk spot in Green Island called Bigger Beach Road Restaurant. Wherever, we went he was greeted by locals so much that he was like the mayor! He made sure we had fun, learned about the locals and local culture, and stayed safe. Anjelita warmly welcomed us to the beautiful house with warm towels to freshen up, which I must add was such a thoughtful gesture. She also made sure that the birthday cakes i preordered and had delivered were sorted and safely tucked away in the fridge. Throughout the duration of our stay Anjelita kept the house spotless. We arrived at the property well after 4pm check in and I have to stress that it was SO KIND of both her and Yogi the chef to wait up for us. What I can say about Yogi is that HE IS A VIBE!!! He cooks from the heart and his food is delicious! We all enjoyed his presence and loved having him around! I highly recommend the Ackee + Saltfish, Callaloo, and fried chicken wings!!! Yes, the snorkeling in the cove is incredible, the house is gorgeous, and the grounds and the sunsets are breathtaking, but what makes the Cliffhouse majestic are most definitely the people and their good energy. Thank you for your help in making this 50th an epic celebration so much that we all plan to return to the Cliffhouse annually!!!

What a beautiful experience and property. We can’t say enough about it. Yogi was amazing, Angelita did our laundry- which helped out so much! Snorkeling for the teens and pool for the 6 year old. We will return!

Amazing Time

The pictures on the website didn’t capture the beauty of the home. The home and the beach views were INCREDIBLE. I would go on any of the 4 patio seating and watch the sunset and the full moon. It was better than expected and will be sending my friends there. ONE LOVE

Amazing Stay!!

We just returned from our 6 day stay at Cliffhouse. It was a fantastic stay!! Melanie the owner was easy to communicate with, which we appreciate. The property was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean and evening sunsets. Anjelita ensured the house was kept clean and Yogi filled our bellies with tasty Jamaican delights. My 6 year old daughter enjoyed the pool and went snorkeling for the first time right off the cliffs from the house. Snorkeling right in front of the house was a true treat!! It was beautiful under the seas. The vast amount of coral and colorful fish was a surprise. I also saw a small octopus. There was no need to go on any snorkeling trips. We brought our own snorkeling gear which I recommend. We brought our 19 month old son and had no problems with him. There was a pack-n-play there for him to sleep in during the stay. We ventured out to Negril one day to have breakfast and spend a little time at the beach. It does take about 25-30 min to get to. Otherwise we just stayed at the house. It was peaceful and serene. Just what we needed as a getaway from our hustle and bustle lives. We were very sad to leave. We are regular visitors to Jamaica, and we truly enjoyed our stay at the Cliffhouse and would definitely stay here again when we return to Jamaica.

Cousins Cove was our pick for a 1 week family Vacation in Jamaica.

The home, and all the facilities were newly renovated or new. We have been making Jamaica our Vacation destination for over 20 years, and know the risk with renting unseen, we were so very pleased and surprised. The kids from 3 up and all the adults were pleased and very happy. The pool and house were cleaned daily, the house was spotless. The snorkelling was amazing especially out in the deeper water. An abundance of fish. The snorkelling for some was a trip highlite. A car is definitely a must as the property is somewhat isolated which is a bonus. Thanks again! We hope to be back in the near future.

Beautiful inside and out!

Just returned home from a week at Cliff house. This home was even better than described! The home and grounds are newly renovated. They are modern and spacious. Each bedroom has its' own bathroom and the beds are quite comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could wish for. We felt like we were at our own private resort with the pool, tennis courts , ocean access and our own private Chef Yogi!! We loved having him around and we wished we would have used him every day! Cliff house is perfect for anyone looking to get away from it all. Be advised that there are not restaurants and bars within walking distance, (Negril is about 30 minutes away). We spent each day snorkeling (the reef is breathtaking and filled with small fish...unfortunately it is fished quite hard by the local fishermen), relaxing by the pool and watching the amazing sunsets. Transportation is not hard to find and if you are adventurous, the local route taxi will stop near the house to take you to a nearby beach or even to Negril during the day. Melanie , the owner, is excellent to work with and is quick to respond to questions. This home provides everything you will need to make your stay an awesome adventure! We will return again in the future.
