Our family of 5 stayed here 2 nights while visiting Boston. The space was super clean and cute! Well stocked with toiletries, detergents, and kitchen essentials as well as a fun assortment of games and puzzles. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Location was within an easy walk to a bus stop and there was plenty of parking space in the driveway. Only hiccup was some noisy people in the upstairs space. It sounded like a party for a couple hours one afternoon and then they woke us up when they came home at midnight. Overall, a great stay!

This place was great. Communication was clear and very, very prompt. We loved the decor of the unit and the layout. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We appreciated the little extras like bottled water, coffee and soaps and lotions. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would return if we are back in the area.

This place was excellent, just as pictured in the listing! The host was very responsive, the place was super clean and check-in was a breeze. We did a weekend trip with our adult children and grandchildren, plenty of room for everyone. The open floor plan was great for visiting and keeping an eye on the little ones. Very close, easy drive into the city for aquarium, children’s museum, shopping and dinning. Would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at this property for our time at Boston Children’s hospital and was so pleased with how clean the space was. I am a professional cleaner and have had luxury homes on my schedule so of course cleanliness sticks out to me the most. There was absolutely nothing missed in the apartment.The location was nice with stores and restaurants close by. The included parking was so nice to have. I would recommend this property!

The listing said luxury space and while there was good aesthetics the space had some concerns that were not what you would expect. We contacted the host to advise that there were smoke detectors that were chirping and it was determined that the one going off was external to the space and could have been fixed without interfering with our stay and the host never fixed it. I also think asking to do it the next day knowing it would be going off all night was not very helpful. Additionally there is zero sound proofing between this unit and the one upstairs so it was VERY loud sound transmission between the units. The guests upstairs came in banging and making a ton of noise way waking everyone in our unit quite late you can hear everything between units. We also realized that the fridge was not able to dispense water or ice and had to go out to buy those as the sink water is not drinkable at all. The unit has some hooks that were broken and never repaired. And lastly the tub was not draining well and when showering you would be standing in water and it would leave suds that made the tub quite slippery. Cherry on top is two items were accidentally left and the property owner never responded to messages asking about how to retrieve the items.

We own many homes in Massachusetts but this home is particularly special because it's an investment property for our son and the location is absolutely amazing! We believe in generational wealth and wanted our son, when he becomes an adult to have the opportunity to have his very own home that he too can generate income from but also pass down to children of his own one day. We poured our heart and soul to design a space that has a luxurious feel, modern, cozy and also family friendly. We also wanted to create an experience for guests and conversation starters to make lasting memories! We'd love for you to stay here!
