This modern-Hogwarts home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plus an office. The 5th bedroom is being used as a game room to encourage quality bonding time. It offers a pool table with a number of board games. The spacious backyard includes a deck, fire table and 5 burner grill. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. Located in a corner lot with a steep driveway in an upscale, established neighborhood 5 minutes away from many amenities and 10 mins from Downtown.

We had a wonderful extended family Christmas vacation and loved that the house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the openness of the main floor so that we could all be together doing different things. It would be extremely helpful to have garage door openers available for guests, even if a deposit were required. Because the driveway is so steep, we had to always park in the garage. The kitchen was pretty well-equipped. Plenty of pans, utensils, cups, glasses, and dishes for our big group. The can opener was broken, which we didn’t discover until we were in the middle of cooking dinner and needed it. My 85 year old mom slept in the queen room upstairs and wished there’d been a bedside lamp.The water pressure was very good in the showers, and there was plenty of hot water. All in all, it was a great house for our trip. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house is great, but the driveway is dangerously steep and the backyard could be more inviting. Cushions were missing from the outdoor furniture and we couldn't turn the outside lights on or figure out how to use the fire table.

We had a great stay here. My friends and I had a few days of golf booked in Flagstaff/Williams and this home worked out well for us. The house was easy to enter with the lock key code and everything was clean inside.

The property was not in good condition. The backyard had trash in it from a previous visitor. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. The overall property was not clean, from the showers, one did not drain properly to the grill. The pool table looked promising, but the felt was extremely damaged and of the two pool cues, only one had a tip. Finally the driveway of the property is extremely steep, difficult to navigate.

There was a note on fridge swaying to leva an “honest review” so here it goes.When we arrived the heat was not on-was a brisk 47* in the house. Took awhile to heat up the place. The smoke alarm upstairs was chirping so had to run to the store to replace the battery. Also, a chair had broken apart when one of our family members sat in it. After all this, we’re eating dinner & we see a mouse run out from the refrigerator. Of course we couldn’t trap it so it ran into the laundry room where we shut the door & put a towel under neath the door so it would not escape. There were mouse droppings behind the fridge & under the sink cabinet. Gross! All this to get a sorry & took 10% off our bill which we have yet to receive. So use your judgement when booking here.

Girls getaway!

We had 12 ladies staying at the house for a comedy show in town. It was a great house to told us all. Good location not too far from downtown Flagstaff. Beds were comfy and house was nice! It was great they allowed a one night stay as many don’t. Definitely would go back.

Super Fun Getaway

This house is honestly the coolest! Finding all the little hidden rooms and features was a ton of fun and there’s everything you could ask for close by. Would highly recommend checking it out and Kenny is great!

Spring Break Fun

This property was exceptional. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and accessible. The property manager was awesome and very quick to respond to any needs. I highly recommend this location for your next trip to Flagstaff.

Good Times!

Kenny was fantastic to work with from start to finish. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 8 with plenty of room to spare. The game room was fun for all of us ( especially the kids ). Roasted some marshmallows around the fire pit one evening and had a great time with the entire family on the deck. This house had everything we needed for an enjoyable 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again!!!
