The Space:

The primary suite features a plush king bed, private bathroom, and smart TV. A portable queen bed can also be added to this room for extra space. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third includes two comfortable twin beds with another smart TV—perfect for kids or friends.



Inside, enjoy a spacious living room with a 65" Smart TV and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. The highlight of the home is the game room, featuring a pool table, Star Wars pinball, and Ms. Pac-Man arcade—all free to play—alongside another 65" Smart TV for endless fun.

Nice Location in Indio

We were in town for a sporting event at Empire Polo Club, and this rental is a great, close by option. The house is very clean, comfortable and has lots of amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home away from home

Stayed here for the National Sunshine Series. Very clean and quiet. Easy commute from the horse park. The game room is super fun and the house had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and the overall experience was super easy.

Lovely weekend

The house was very clean and beautiful! My friends and I where there for a relaxing weekend and we loved it. Not even the hurricane took away the amazing time we had! The pool was great and the game room was so much fun! Perfect for adults looking to have a relaxing weekend. The host was very nice and attentive!

Family vacation

We stayed here while my daughter attended a cheer competition. We had a great time and the host was wonderful, however not being from the area I’m not sure how safe the neighborhood is. I didn’t feel safe letting my 8 yr old walk to the park alone down the street. The house has so many amenities and it is clean, but it could use a good deep clean. At the price point we booked this house at I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Good family staycation

We had a really good time in this home. Good rental property for a mini trip away from Home. The house was spacious n very clean. Our favorite part was the game room and pool! The only thing we weren't expecting was to get informed after we booked the property that we couldn't have a speaker outside. We really enjoy listening to good music while we hang out outside. I think it's important that this rule is referenced on the property link . Besides that, my family and I enjoyed the 2 day stay.

Thanks for staying with us and being great guests. We just ask that guests don’t have a speaker loud that the neighbors are able to hear. Just low volume not to disturb full time neighbors.

Amazing time!

We had a wonderful time at this home for a friends trip. First off, I had to make some reservation changes before we got their and the host Mario was super helpful and flexible. As far as the home itself, the location is great, easy to get anywhere. The home itself was perfect and exactly like described. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. There was even a Brita filter in the fridge! The patio/pool/spa is fabulous, we spent most of our time there. The grill and firepit/patio area made for a really nice dinner in. The beds/pillows/ linens were very comfortable. There's a fun game room as well. The only tiny bit of feedback I would note is the bathroom towels are on the small side and somewhat limited but it was easy for us to do a load of laundry to wash once during the trip. Beach towels were available as well. I would happily return here anytime!

Thank you to Mario for the lovely stay in Indio - great little house with beautiful/hot tub; lanai for morning coffee and pool/HT for evening relaxation. Pool table was a hit for family competition each evening. Close to shops as well as hikes in La Quinta and Indio.

Loved the Desert Compound

This house was a gem! We really enjoyed all it had to offer. From location, bedrooms, kitchen, game room and most importantly back yard. Mario was great, communication was very easy and convenient. We were mindful of the music volume but still enjoyed playing our music and having a great time. Will definitely recommend to family and friends, and will make sure to rebook here.

Nice weekend spot

Nice place, a little dirty. Old toilet paper rolls in cabinets and carpet in living room had old beads and crumbs from last person who stayed. Overall a very nice place but not the best location.

Relaxing stay

The location is a little out of the way, but it’s what we were looking for, a peaceful place to go and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and unassuming. The house was lovely & clean. I was with my teenage daughters. They enjoyed the video games in the game room, swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. And, they loved the fact that there was WiFi. Everything that we needed was there. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, spacious, fun

Really comfortable property with lots of thoughtful touches (such as little trays and chargers on the nightstands) that had everything we need. It was worth it to have the pool heated quite warmly, as the weather was rather cool during our stay. Living areas and outdoors provided so much space for our group to gather. The kitchen was well stocked in general, and a nice washer, dryer, and garage space was extra great for us. Patio and firepit are a delight! Bring some lawn games as there is a big grassy area to enjoy but no croquet/bocce/badminton etc. at the property. There are just a few boardgames, but the pinball and pool table and Ms. Pac Man provided hours of entertainment for our tweens. A nice park with playground and basketball courts (bring your ball) is a short walk away, too, and the home is central to lots of nearby shopping and activities. We were very happy and would stay again!

Perfect Oasis Setting

Place is the fantastic desert getaway. When we weren't relaxing by the pool or fire or playing in the large grass area, we were enjoying the cozy open spaces inside. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again no doubt.
