POOL
Dive into relaxation at your very own 20-foot heated pool! Perfectly designed for family fun, the pool features a gentle slope, reaching depths of 3 feet at one end and 4 feet 11 inches at the other, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swim for all ages. The pool is kept in the upper 70’s or low 80’s, making it a refreshing yet comfortable temperature for everyone. The spacious deck, complete with comfortable chairs for lounging, invites you to soak up the sun or unwind after a day of adventures.

Just a quick reminder: the pool heater operates best when the outdoor temperature stays above 57 degrees, so you can enjoy a warm swim throughout your stay! Make your beach getaway complete with fun in the sun and relaxation by the pool!

OUTDOORS
Just a quick 2-minute stroll from the beach, you'll find the perfect spot to soak in the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. After a day of playing in the sand, the convenient outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off before heading back to your cozy retreat. Fire up the outdoor grill for a fun family cookout – just don't forget to bring your own charcoal! Whether it's beach days or grilling evenings, the outdoors here offer endless fun for the whole family.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
We've got your beach day covered! We've just stocked up on a bunch of beach essentials so you can relax and enjoy the sun without the hassle of packing extra gear. From umbrellas and beach chairs to a handy beach wagon for easy transport, everything you need is right here. And for the little ones? They'll love digging into the sand with our new set of kids' beach toys. Just grab your sunscreen and get ready for family fun by the shore!

PETS
We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
Parking is a breeze! With free space for up to three cars, there's plenty of room for the whole family's vehicles. Whether you're heading out for a day of fun or returning from an adventure, you'll never have to stress about finding a spot. Just park, unpack, and enjoy your stay!

SECURITY FEATURES
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of our guests, we have several security features in place, including multiple locks, loud audible alarms that are easy to activate, and an exterior security camera. These measures are designed to enhance security and provide a worry-free stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This single-floor home is in a residential neighborhood. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
