700 Emerald Point is a gorgeous penthouse 3 BD/2 BA condo located one block from the Branson Bay Marina on Table Rock Lake. Walk down to the lake and enjoy swimming and fishing. Bring your boat or rent one at the State Park Marina just down the road. Take a quick 15-minute drive to Downtown Branson and the beginning of the Strip where you'll find many attractions, entertaining shows, shopping galore, and tons of dining options. Come and enjoy the views!

We love this condo! It’s a great place to stay with a fabulous view! They have all the things that you’d need for a Thanksgiving meal! We had a great holiday! It’s about 30 minutes from everything you’d want to do in Branson! We’ve stayed here before and we’ll stay here again!

We loved this property. It was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of five. The view from the deck is beautiful. We enjoyed the sunsets each night. Plan accordingly as there isn’t a very close grocery store. We enjoyed the selection of games and music. Very quiet area, would definitely go again.

Our stay was very smooth from check in to check out. The view was fantastic! We ate every meal on the deck, and the sunsets were spectacular!! The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We enjoyed the pool each day as well. It had plenty of chairs and wasn't crowded since it was only for the small building the condo is in.We love this location because we're 10 minutes from the grocery store but away from the traffic around Branson and Silver Dollar City. Both are an easy drive if you enjoy them - but if you are visiting only for the lake this spot is ideal!

The place was clean but SO many negatives. The tv’s did not work right, I found a bug in my bed and it woke me up. The dishwasher did not work properly, condo was hot as we were to keep thermostat at 75 degrees. Would advise against this place!

Condo was nicely stocked. Nice view off balcony. Had a great time. Only real issue was getting into the gate for the first couple days until license plate reader worked.

Beautiful View and Condo

Such a great location on the lake, not too far from the Branson strip but far enough to feel like your enjoying a peaceful stay on the water. Condo was very nice inside with everything you would need and decorated nicely too. Swimming pool is close by and there's also a trail down to the lake to swim if you want to. Property management was easy to communicate with and very nice. We had a question about the gate entrance code and got a fast reply even mentioned a small wasp nest by the front door and they came and sprayed the wasps right away.

Wonderful

2nd time staying at the same place, because we loved it so much the first time. 2nd time was wonderful as well. The only and I say only problem we had was the gate code entry not working, but they got it figured out.

Nice Property

This was our 3rd trip to Branson in 2023. This was our favorite unit with view and proximity to the marina. Clean. Good amount of supplies. Easy check in. And no extra cleaning fee!

Could not use shower in one of the bathrooms.

The first night we got a knock on our door in the evening about 9:15pm and was told that the front bathroom shower was making too much noise for the people below our unit and were asked to please use the shower in the master bedroom. It was rather inconvenient for us 5 adults. Can we get a reduced price for a future stay since we only had the use of one shower? May want to check the light in the kitchen - may be missing some light bulbs. :-)

Great condo and location

My family was here for a family reunion. The condo was perfect with updated TVs and streaming options. Loved the view the most! We would definitely come back to this condo next time.

Okay, needs work.

Nice condo, and has great amenities. The bedroom next to the living room king bed is soft which was okay but it has a sunken area that was not very comfortable. The sliding back door and back window in the bedroom have air leaks. We only noticed this because it was really windy on two of the days we were there. The curtain on the sliding door was moving from air coming in around it along with the noise.
