NEW beach-modern farmhouse in South Rehoboth built in 2022. Professionally interior designed. Sleeps up to 12 people (max 9 adults) with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, en suite bathrooms in all bedrooms, modern kitchen, coffee bar, wine bar, patio with pool (pool is open from May - Oct and heated during spring & fall ), outdoor fire table, grill & outdoor seating - endless entertainment. Sleep in comfort with luxury pillow top mattresses on all beds! (Renters will need to bring or rent their own sheets) Open floor plan with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation. Conveniently located on 2nd ocean block, 5-minute walk to surf and sand and a 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops. Park your car for the week and walk everywhere! Wonderful vacation home for making lasting memories!

Everything for a wonderful stay!

This beautifully decorated home was a fabulous place for a multigenerational vacation. The kitchen and dining areas were well equipped for family meals and the location was perfect for walking to the beach or to Rehoboth Ave. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and a great floor plan

House is perfectly situation just a 5 minute walk to the beach and quick walk to all the amenities in town. The house was a great setup for our family, with everyone able to have their own bathroom / bedroom and with very large and open common space.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Updated, spacious and very clean. Kristin was very responsive to any questions during our stay. The house location was perfect! I would definitely rent this house again if we return again to Rehoboth Beach!!

Wonderful home

5 college friends get together 1x a year for a girls’ week, this year we picked Rehoboth Beach & we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. The place was gorgeous, clean, extremely well equipped! Perfect location, a couple blocks to town and or the beach. Would highly recommend this rental

Beautiful House, Close to the Beach

This beautiful home was perfectly equipped for our family of 10, which includes 4 young grandchildren. It was tastefully decorated yet very comfortable, the layout was perfect, and the beach was only a couple of blocks away. The pool was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Winter Beach Family Getaway

This is a beautiful home, carefully curated in every way to make your stay a fantastic one. All of the bedrooms are en suite, the kitchen / dining / family hangout space is very large, inviting and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped for any creative cooking you care to embark upon, and the super detailed guidebook provided by the thoughtful hosts will make your stay a breeze. You can walk to the beach, the boardwalk and into town so easily and can explore the little lake nearby that is so picturesque -- really a great find!

Convenient and New!

The best part of the house is it’s location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, Funland, etc. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! The house is new and clean and decorated very nicely. Lots of space - a great spot for a family with kids!

Overall exceptional rental near beach in Rehobeth

Excellent facility. Only minor issues like a couple bulbs that need to be replaced and inconsistent hot water in kitchen and half-bath.
