Memorial Day Weekend in AC

This home was absolutely stunning! Steve & Donna were fantastic hosts! They were very easy to get in touch with and were very helpful in answering any questions or requests we had. They went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. Their home is luxurious and the views were breathtaking! I highly recommend staying at this lovely property!

A short but comfortable stay

While we were in town for a sports tournament for our daughter, this property provided us with a super comfortable, clean and convenient space to relax between games. The view of the water is lovely and the surrounding Ventnor area is quaint and full of cute restaurants. Most of all we appreciated the owners, Steve and Donna, excellent communication and assistance. It made all the difference!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and has ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The hosts were always very responsive to my questions. Nicely decorated and conveniently located to the beach and to the downtown area. It's important to know that there are three sets of stairs in the home. All of us are age 70 and above so it was a bit challenging at times, to lug suit cases up to the third floor - but we made it!! We're in pretty good shape. There is a garage that holds two cars - one behind the other - which we used because parking on the street is at a premium. We enjoyed the living area and sitting on the balconies. We aren't really water people but for guests who are, the harbor would be another great asset.

Great for staying in or going out!

Steve was a communicative and helpful host. Check in was easy. The home is beautiful and clean and is right on the bay. It’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and it’s easy to get to the beaches. Very comfortable beds. And we got great use of the balconies off the main living area and the master bedroom. We definitely recommend staying here. We’ll be back!

Amazing place!!

Family of 5 stayed at Donnas place on the water. The townhouse is so spacious and had enough space for each of my 3 boys to have their own rooms and tvs when we were having down time. My husband and I enjoyed the decks to have morning coffee. My kids even jumped out off the dock. Such a wonderful area. We will be back.

Clean and spacious with great water views!

This was our first time staying in AC. Donna‘s place was clean, modern and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the bay. A super addition was the large garage. Check in and check out, went smoothly. The only disappointing item was the lack of grill which was listed in the description. We had made food plans accordingly.. We would definitely stay here again though.

Horrible!!

Showed up for the 4 PM check-in only to find out that the host forgot we were coming. After about 30 minutes trying to get in contact with the host and VRBO, I was told that I would be contacted by VRBO with a replacement property immediately. Four days later I was contacted by VRBO via email saying I failed to make replacement reservations with VRBO.
And here’s the entrance to the property. Not a good neighborhood and the property was very run down.

Wonderful location, home and host

We booked this home for a family of 12 trip to Atlantic City. The check in process and communication was easy and fast. The home was a quick walk to the beach and right near the boardwalk. If you wanted to visit the other end of the board walk it was just a quick drive. Parking passes were provided and plenty was available (in addition. To the garage spaces). The home was beautiful, great open lay out with a water view. Kitchen has all th base necessities. I even forgot an AirPod and Donna looked for it and mailed it back to me! Would recommend for any group! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home

The house was absolutely beautiful but needs to be refreshed with bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes. Also communication needs to be better. I sent a message a week before my visit, never received a response and had to call to gain access to home the day i arrived because i never received any information on how to get in.

Must Stay in Atlantic City

Visited Atlantic City for the Pool and Spa show with business associates. The property conveniently located approximately 10 min away from Convention Center. Near the boardwalk and casinos. Tanger Outlets nearby. Inside the property we held break out meetings took breaks on the patio went out for walks to stretch our legs. Bedrooms fully set up with bedding towels full bathrooms washer and dryer in unit. Newer furnishings. It was a home away from home. Highly recommended. Suggestions carpool, there is parking available off street, garage can take two smaller cars max. There are stairs to get to bedrooms and main floor things to consider.

The property inside was great. Open space and clean. Hosts were prompt on responses throughtout the stay. I wish it had some dish soap and laundry detergent but there was none or I just couldn't find any. I was slightly disappointed because the property lists for 11 guests but I was charged for additional guests over 4 people. It doesn't state anywhere on the listing. Trust me I looked. I wish there is transparency for the next guests that stay in the house.The owner said it was Vbro policy so I reached out to Vbro and Vbro said it wasn't. Vbro said it was the HOST policy and looking at my receipt it was!!! It was my understanding since the property was listed at 11 guests, any person over that number was charged a $25 fee. Nope it was 4 and I was charge 7 additional guests. Location is ok. We didn't feel safe to walk around at night. The view was amazing but the water around the dock area was very dirty. We paid almost $1200/night so that our friends can be together for the weekend. But in the end it was disappointing.

Our listing clearly indicated a charge for each guest after four. The 11 guess that’s referenced was the occupancy of the property.

Girls Trip

Perfect setup for our girls trip, walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk and water right out back for kayaking. We had a great time! Steve and Donna were incredibly responsive and the property was very clean. Great setup!

Our group had an amazing Memorial Day weekend staying here. The hosts Donna and Steve were awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend working with them and staying at their beautiful home!

Beautiful house with a calming view

We loved staying here! Beautiful home with a view to casinos and port. Pictures are 100% accurate. I didn’t want to leave. I recommend 150% I can’t wait to visit again. Donna and Steve were amazing and checked on us regularly .
