Welcome to this exceptional 3 bed 4 bath home with game room and Spa. Enjoy the private back Patio with Spa, firepit table and barbecue. This secluded home is perfect for your family retreat, 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and all that Encinitas offers. This is not a pet friendly property.
This newly remodeled home boasts 3 bedrooms and 4 baths with an open floor plan. The kitchen opens up the living room and playroom complete with air hockey table, so everyone is included when preparing a meal or just hanging out. No detail has been missed. Designer kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, coffee bar, 2 dishwashers and large center island along with counter top seating from the playroom. Brand new bathrooms with large walk in showers. Air Conditioning.
A quick drive to the South and you will be enjoying Solana Beach, Cardiff and Del Mar. Your neighbors to the North are Carlsbad and Oceanside. So much to do and explore. Take a day trip to Disney Land, Knotts Berry Farm or Los Angeles. Jump on the Coaster for Downtown San Diego and Coronado.

Awesome house in Encinitas very close to Moonlight Beach and easily walkable to all of Encinitas village. Great host very well appointed very clean all the things you want from a vacation rental.

The home was very clean and well-equipped with all of the essentials. I do feel however like it’s important to mention for future guests that the house is literally a stone’s throw from the train tracks and the train runs most of the night and blows its horn right in front of the house. If you’re looking for a restful night’s sleep on your vacation, this home is probably not for you.

Our property is located along the beautiful San Diego County coast, and like nearly all coastal communities from San Clemente to Del Mar, you will hear the train as it runs close to the shoreline. In Encinitas, quiet hours should be observed from 11 PM to 5 AM by trains, during which train horns are only supposed to be used in emergencies. We do our best to prepare guests by providing the property address in advance so that everyone has the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the location before arrival. We’re sorry if the train was more noticeable than expected, but we’re glad you were able to enjoy the unique coastal setting that makes this area so special.

We enjoyed our stay/ location was close to beach and shopping (walking distance). There were towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for our use. Had a lovely time and really enjoyed what Encinitas has to offer.

The house was great! Cheryl has a pack in play in the king room which fit well in the closet for our 1 year old to have a secluded space. There were toys and plenty of kids plates. It was a great stay for my whole family!

Sweet spot!

Truly appreciated the openness inside for containing the kiddos when we needed time to relax. I loved the outdoor space being fully enclosed for the same reason! Great home for multiple families, lots of sleep options and bathrooms for privacy.We weren’t too bothered but there is a very active train that has Amtrak frequently passing with some horns. Loved the walkability to moonlight beach, parks, and other cute spots nearby. The house is well stocked, it’s a big wish but travel to homes like this is amazing with kids and we often cook- if there were a few more nice to haves like cooking oil or pantry like items it would be a bonus. Otherwise, we had all we needed!

Fantastic rental property!

This spacious property was pristine and well-located with easy walking access to downtown Encinitas, 101 and nearby beaches. The beds and couches were very comfortable, and everything was super well-organized -- we loved the kitchen and adjoining living room area. The hot tub was lovely, as well. Everything appeared to be recently remodeled; bathrooms were very nice and one even featured a bidet toilet. And our family, who we were visiting, were just a mile down the road. Further, it was quiet at night and allowed for a restful sleep. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect

I think its one of the most thought through properties I rented through VRBO. The house has everything you might need in Encinitas, kitchen is spacious and has so many cooking appliances. The house was super clean and well orginized. Bedroms were so comfortable we slept in every morning instead of going to the beach. Highly recommend!
