Ce charmant bungalow sur la plage a été construit en 1942 et il réside dans une cour tropicale soulful dans le meilleur quartier de Encinitas. La cour et la maison parlent de détente, mais l'océan attire. Les espaces de vie et salle à manger sont ouverts et accueillent une réunion de famille confortablement. Chaque chambre a un lit queen size avec placard et beaucoup de rangement. Il ya aussi un troisième ch. avec un confortable canapé-lit.

La cuisine cuisine rénovée est le rêve d'un chef avec comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, six feux gaz et un tiroir complète d'épices pour les gourmets. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes et une porte à trois volets ouvre sur la terrasse donnant sur une grande cour tropicale qui est incorporé dans le salon. Il ya un barbecue et une douche extérieure sur le patio côté, et un parking est dans la rue. La propriété est partagée avec The Constant Gardener et son mari qui vivent dans le chalet à l'arrière de la grande cour, ils sont très sympa et serviable si nécessaire.

We had a lovely stay at Wendy & Paul’s place. The kitchen had everything! The home itself was well equipped with all the extras to make our stay as comfortable as our own home. Plenty of space for kids and inside was cozy. The garden/yard was tranquil and very relaxing to sit outside before or after a busy day exploring the area. The neighborhood is quiet and Moonlight Beach/StoneSteps and shops were all a short walk away. We certainly hope to stay here again on our future trips to Encinitas.

Felt like home 2 minutes after we walked in. The house is comfortable and clean, and the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The porch and yard are a wonderful way to enjoy the weather. We enjoyed walking back from the beach barefoot, it's that close.

Lovely, comfortable house in a great neighborhood. The house is super well-equipped with everything you might need. Easy walk to coffee shop (Lofty's!), burritos (Juanita's!), Moonlight Beach. Would definitely stay ere again!

Beautiful and peaceful grounds. Clean and comfortable home. Attentive, friendly, and thoughtful hosts. Everything we needed was provided. From, soap and shampoo to beach toys and chairs. There are even toms of games and books for all ages. Close beach access via the “Stonesteps”. We used the stairs to get down to the beach, then strolled along the shore to Moonlight beach to play at the playground. Then we walked back to the house, through the unique neighborhood. We never went back up the stone steps because my dad’s knees are not as strong as they used to be. Going through the neighborhood was a lovely alternative.

The house was amazing: great living room, dining room, kitchen, and patio. The garden is a paradise of palms and flowers. The proximity to the Stone Steps, Moonlight Beach, and restaurants and shopping is exceptional.

Wonderful place & location
