The Townhouse is in a Historical Neighborhood full of trees called Myers less than 1 mile from Cascade Park, FSU and FAMU and the Capital. Its near Myers Park and their public pool. There is a Golf Course from a walking distance. Its very quiet surrounded with trees. There is a carport in front and a porch in the back. Its an older home but upgraded inside. The bedrooms are very spacious. The 2 bedroom is in the second floor and Livingroom, Dinningroom, kitchen, half bath are on the first floor.

great location

Close to FSU, we stayed for a game and it was perfect for us. Downstairs is very nice to hang out with a dining room table and sitting area. Property Manager was very responsive and we would stay here again for a game.

This is in a great location for FSU and FamU. Host is very friendly and accommodating. I left a item and she was very helpful getting it back to me.

Maybe if the carpet and floors upstairs were replaced/repaired, this place would be ok. As is, it’s not habitable upstairs. There are holes/divots in the floor(?) I’ve never experienced such a run down place. If these rentals were subject to a county inspection, this one would definitely not pass.

This Quaint townhouse was so nice to stay at. The beds were super comfortable, The Livingroom was nice to relax and watch tv at night. The back has a great patio to sit and bird watch while drinking morning coffee. Full kitchen stocked with pans to cook if you choose to. Complimentary coffee was a nice surprise and well needed after moving my daughter into her student apartment each day :) The communication from the owner was great and she was so nice. We really appreciated everything about it. I would love to be a repeat customer and most likely will be. I'm very happy with our experience! Thank you!

Our stay in Tally

The home was sufficient for us and our friends to stay for what we needed it for. Our kids played in a State Championship football game! The house was very musky and mold smelling. There were some live roaches in the tub and could use a very good cleaning. I suggested to the property manager an ozone/purifying machine. She insists there is no mold. The ceilings have wet stains clearly on them where water has gotten in. Whilst taking a shower the water leaks down into the kitchen from the top floor. I let her know after she asked us if we would like to extend our stay, which we didn’t. Isabel was nice and I do believe with a few repairs and a good deep clean the home will be better.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! As soon as I opened the door there was a strong smell of mold. There is visible mold on the vent in the restroom. At the time of booking, there was inaccurate info on the listing about the number of beds. Lights in the main hallway did not work. There was a roach on the kitchen floor as well as in the tub. There was thick build up of dust and dirt on drapes. Although the host was nice and reached out to me late at night (late check-in) to try to make the stay better; my friends and I could not stay there as some of us had allergies. We left after booking another hotel. The host informed me that she would not issue a refund even though we did not stay at the property and were highly dissatisfied with the home and listing.

Great Place to Stay

We rented this for our employees while working out of town. They loved it. It was fairly priced and clean. Isabelle is great and our communication was top notch. Thank you!

Decent Stay

Decent stay for short football weekend. Place was clean, but the upstairs is very musty. The upstairs windows and balcony do not open. The bathroom also had mold on the ceiling. Do not stay here if you have allergies. Clean sheets, towels, and surfaces!
