Room with a view!

Perfect spot for one or two. Super clean and comfortable. In addition, this unit has unique and amazing proximity to the beach including a nice balcony overlooking Padre Island. Also very close to the best restaurants on the Island.

Great condo at Padre Island.

I had a great stay at this condo, It is located close to the beach, with a nice balcony view and clean pool facilities. Then only minor issue was a low water pressure in the shower and a bit of mold in shower ceiling, again, very minor issues. Management was also excellent, very attentive and prompt to my questions.

The facility was described perfectly. It was clean and fresh the only downside was the couch bed, finding the "sweet spot" without the bar took a night or 2. The smoke alarm goes off if the oven or stove top is turned on so be ware.

Good Stay

Overall, a solid stay. Nice distance from the beach, comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen appliances and nicely sized place. The smell took a little getting used to. There were a few things that we felt could have been nicer to have not cheeped out on. But overall enjoyed our stay!

Do not book through this site lots of fee’s false advertisement!

Ended up paying double per night instead of the advertised night rate as advertised due to additional fee’s that are outrageous for a condo that sucked was a terrible experience no one was able to explain all fee’s correctly or offered to give any discounts or refunds for unforeseen fee’s. Will never book through this site again.

New Year Beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time staying at this property but the first time in this unit. I was skeptical about coming in the colder months but I absolutely loved every minute. The pool was warm and I was even able to lay out for a tan even with the temperature in the 60’s. My unit had an amazing view of the fireworks display on New Years. My unit was clean, comfortable and loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The only negative was the closet/lack of a closet? Where the closet is in other units there was absolutely nothing in the area. I stayed six days and lived out of my suitcase (it was ok glad they had a thing I could set my luggage on)Other than that I had a wonderful time!!! I’m ready to book my next vacation and will use Padre Escape and this property again.

Very pleasant stay . We're be back.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week in early May . The weather was perfect. The pool was warm enough to lounge in it. Beach was only 4 minute walk.The Beach was covered with 6 inches of seaweed for the entire area so you really couldn't sit on the beach or swim.The condo was very nice. Well kept and clean. The microwave is kept on top of the refrigerator which is very dangerous when handling hot items. I would suggest getting a smaller one that fits on the counter or above the oven. A little improvement goes a long way. The clothes dryer is old and rusty on the inside. We did not want to use it.However we were extremely pleased with the Beach Club and CB227 and would recommend it . We will return off season after August when the crowds have returned to school.

No More than 2 dogs allowed

I didn’t get to stay in this property because I missed that they only allow two dogs. Please be sure to read the details because the agreement let you put as many animals as you wanted. The host did a good job about finding me another place that wasn’t quite as close to the beach but I would have been out a lot of money If that wasn’t the case because I was already on my way to Texas with 3 dogs when I was told the place didn’t allow it. I then had to pay more to get a new place, just be sure to check all the details because travelers insurance doesn’t get you out of a situation like that.
