Étang de pêche, club-house, piscine avec bain à remous, gazebo, barbecue extérieur, salle d'entraînement 24 heures et centre d'affaires à quelques pas du condo.

Mise à jour en 2014 avec sol stratifié, meubles, lits, peinture et deux téléviseurs à écran plat de 39 '. Prêt pour votre escapade hivernale à long terme, vos vacances ou votre week-end de détente ou de plaisir.

Il y a une vue sur le canal depuis le balcon.

Le tarif comprend l'électricité, l'eau, l'égout, le câble et le WI-FI. Il n'y a pas de taxes d'hébergement pour les locations de 30 jours ou plus.

If you are looking for proximity to the water, this is the spot. The condo is situated in a prime location where the beach is just a short walk away. One of our favorite features was the pool, which is located mere steps from the unit, making it incredibly convenient for a quick dip. The space itself was the ideal size for an extended stay and had all the essentials.

There was a slight issue with the ac but the property owner was very expedient in getting it fixed. We have stayed in this condo a couple of times and we love it! Would definitely recommend!!

My boyfriend had an amazing stay! The goat was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The condo was cute, clean and easily accessible. We loved the pool and the gym as well as the short walk to the beach! Will definitely stay again!!

This property is in an excellent location to visit North Padre Island! It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2-3 minutes drive to a bunch of places to eat and enjoy the island. It is only about 5 minutes to Doc's Seafood under the bridge you use to get to the island (AWESOME food and service) and Snoopy's Pier (less awesome food, but a fun local place). The condo/apartment has nice appliances and very good tv/internet. We didn't use the small porch as it was being repaired/repainted while we were there, but it looked nice. We walked around the pool and clubhouse and they also looked very nice, but we had other plans. This is an older complex, but I can tell they work to keep it updated. The trade off is a great cost per night for an amazing location! I can see why others come back to Tommie's oasis on Padre regularly.Drive further out on the island to the National park celebrating the island. Nice area and fun to walk another section of beach out there.Our only issue is that the cleaner needs to do a better job. Tommie was very responsive and surprised at the issues, so I'm sure he will address it with the cleaning folks. The overall complex hallway carpet is a bit worn, but that is expected in an area with seawater spray regularly in the sir.Overall, a very good value and excellent location.

Kevin, I appreciate the details you provided and how much time you took to give other travelers a real description on what to do in the area and a very fair assessment of the complex. I've actually had my balcony repaired and it's now available. I have spoken to the cleaning people about your feedback and told them they need to do a better job. Yes, I was surprised by your comments since I have received positive feedback in the past. It could be a new person doing the cleaning or they were in a hurry but I think there is no excuse for not doing the job right. I try to provide the best experience I can for all my guests.

I purchased the property in 2006 when it was converted to an condo and renovated including the cabinets. In 2014, I did a few small upgrades such as flooring, lighting, ceiling fan and other small changes. Updated the bathroom over the years.

I bought this condo for long term rentals but decided if I rented it as a vacation rental, I could also visit my self. I also rent it furnished for periods of over 30 days. The property is only a block from Whitecap Beach and it has a pool, hot tub, small pond and exercise room. It's located in a quiet area but is not far from all kinds of activities, restaurants and shopping.
