The open floor plan makes socializing a breeze! The living area features a sleeper sofa, two chairs and a large flat screen TV. The private balcony can be accessed from sliding doors. The dining area seats six comfortably with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar.

The stunning kitchen has been opened from the original floor plan and features granite counters, stainless appliances and custom cabinetry.

The king bedroom located just off the kitchen features a flat screen TV, patio access and a beautiful private bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The second king bedroom features a flat screen TV and has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Only two vehicles are allowed.

Forest Beach Villas in located in the South Forest Beach area of the island, just across the street from the ocean. Forest Beach Villas features free tennis and an on-site pool, as well as a convenient short walk to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza and the brand new Celebration Park. The complex is within easy access to the top activities and attractions of Hilton Head Island. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
