The penthouse villa is on the complex’s top 4/5th floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, tennis/pickleball rackets & balls and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people, with 3 full baths it offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to beach, one block walk to shops, restaurants, beach bars and bike rentals.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure your villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, wagon, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickle ball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bike helmets & bike lights. Bike rental around the corner, Pedals Bicycle at 71 Pope St. You can ride bikes on bike paths- all over the island and you can ride on the beach! So fun!
