Welcome to our beautiful Cozy home located in The Hideout, a four-star, four season, gated community with endless amenities for all ages. Our cozy home is perfect for a romantic getaway, a girls/boy’s trip, or a vacation with the whole family!

Our beautiful home offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There is (1) King, (2) Queen, (2) Twin, (1) full couch pull out & (2) blow up mattress creating lots of sleeping space.

We offer a pool table, laundry, wood burning Fireplace in one living room, Smart TVs , Xbox, (2) Large living rooms, outdoor back deck (enclosed), outdoor fire pit, sandbox, swinging outdoor bench, tons of driveway parking, Bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as AC units and controlled heat

Step outside and enjoy a cup of coffee on the front deck with beautiful views. At night, you can sit outside with the outdoor fire pit and turn on the outside lights for a beautiful ambiance. Gas grill for BBQing with plenty of outdoor seating.

We provide our renter families with guest passes to the community for you to enjoy all community amenities, including the clubhouse, restaurants, pools, beaches, tiki-bar, golf course, tennis & basketball courts, gym, indoor recreational center, biking, ski slope, tubing, ice skating. The Lake and Pool is walking distance from our beautiful home, a peaceful 5 minute walk.

The Hideout is a complete, resort community with over forty (40) miles of maintained paved roads and modern central sewer and water systems. It includes 24 Hour Security, Gated Entrance, Clubhouse, Lodge, Campgrounds, 6 Lakes and 250 Acres of Pristine Woodlands. Additionally, the community has a multitude of recreational activities: Sports Complex, Golf Course, Baseball Field, Basketball Court, Indoor/Outdoor Tennis, Six Lakes, Two Sand Beaches, Kayaking, Playground, Two Heated Outdoor Pools, Physical Fitness Center, Mini Golf, Art Center, Woodworkers Building, Ski Lift and Lodge, Ice Skating, Tubing Run. Some activities in The Hideout may require additional fees, however they are minimal (i.e. Ski Lift, Indoor Tennis Court, Golf).

Great getaway

My partner and I and our friends rented this home for a little birthday getaway, and it did not disappoint. The communal spaces were perfect for hanging out, playing games, cooking dinner together, and enjoying a fire in the fireplace. We were a small group - just 6 adults - but if you had a bigger group or a wider variety of ages, the multiple communal spaces throughout the house would be great - you could have younger kids watching a movie in the upstairs loft living room, teenagers playing pool downstairs, and adults in the kitchen/living room - or any other combination. It was plenty of space for a big group. My only caution would be that the house was highly scented - lots of incense, potpourri, etc. When I walked in I immediately thought "it smells great in here!" but, the scent was pretty strong, and if anyone in your party is allergic or sensitive to perfumes, it could be challenging. Otherwise, the property was just wonderful.

The home was perfect for our extended family. The rooms accommodated everyone comfortably and Justina was fast to reply to any questions.

Great cozy house with all amenities that needed for a group of 10

First of all We highly recommend this property!!!! The house was clean, with lots of space and all that you need for a NYEars celebration. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. The owner Justina was very fast at responding at any of our questions, and believe me there were just a few cz everything else was on point. We even had a cute Christmas decor left for us. Screen in porch with two bbq stations is awesome too. The flow of the dinning room into the living room plus the kitchen allows you to enjoy and be engaged in any conversation. Thanks a lot to Justina for allowing us to stay at her cozy house, we’ll definitely try to come back again.
