ÉNORME RÉNOVATION ... 800 000 $ tout neuf dépensé sur l'ensemble de l'unité ... prêt pour la saison de ski. Maison de ville non-fumeur a Ski In / Ski Out à la fois Whistler et Blackcomb Mountain et est une promenade de cinq minutes à Whistler Village. Il dispose d'un bain à remous extérieur privé et d'une connexion Internet sans fil. L'étage principal a une cuisine complète, salon, salle d'eau et salle à manger. La salle à manger, qui a une vue sur les belles montagnes, peut accueillir 10 personnes avec deux sièges de bar supplémentaires face à la cuisine.

L'étage supérieur dispose de la chambre principale avec un lit king-size, une télévision et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire. L'étage inférieur dispose de trois chambres. Le premier a un lit queen-size avec TV LCD / DVD combo avec salle de bain privée complète contenant une douche. La deuxième chambre a quatre lits (1 ensemble de lits superposés pour adultes et une couchette avec un lit double en haut et un lit double en bas) avec TV LCD / DVD combo. Troisième chambre a un lit queen avec une seule couchette sur le dessus et un combo TV LCD / DVD. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain complète avec douche. La buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse est située à l'étage principal.

Fabulous place

We had a terrific experience at this property. Location was perfect - true ski in/out experience. Kitchen was very well equipped. Garage was great for storing our skis/boots etc. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location

This updated home is in a great location with easy ski-in/ski-out access to the mountain (a few hundred feet at the end of the complex parking lot). Very well equipped and the owner was very responsive! Highly recommend, will rent again in the future.

Great home.

Our family spent NY there. The kitchen, living, fireplace den area are all awesome. Snow was light, so def needed a vehicle. Taxi’s and Whistler app worked for rides, but with a large crowd, we found a minivan very useful. All in all - a great first experience at Whistler. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great place to stay, close to everything

We loved this home - very spacious, and super easy ski in/out location a stones throw from Longhorn and the core of the Whistler village base. It's fairly easy to walk down the slope on the right side to get to the village during the day in just 10 mins, but the walk back up is challenging -- and I'd avoid taking the road (no sidewalks, lots of fast cars). Felt very private, but we also got lucky that the house on the right side is currently being remodeled and empty and no one was home on the other side. Great views into the forest and village!

Excellent home at Blackcomb with direct access to trail to Gondola.

We loved David’s home! Nicely updated kitchen and baths. We were two families of four and we were very comfortable in the four bedrooms. We stayed the first week of April and the skiing was excellent with fresh snow at the top on several mornings. Access to Village Run is right at the end of the condos, about 100 feet away. Couldn’t ask for better access! The Excalibur Gondola passes overhead just outside the living room windows. We loved eating breakfast and seeing the Gondola start running for the day! We would highly recommend David’s home!

Family Ski Trip

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay at this comfortable Whistler chalet. The property is spacious and comfortable with an open concept main floor kitchen-living area, a master bedroom suite on the second floor and 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The property is perfectly located on the hill with easy ski-In/ski-out to the Whistler village. At the end of each day, we made a cosy fire and relaxed in the hot tub. The kitchen was well-equipped for making large family meals. The heated garage with a boot and glove heater was a perfect set up for storing our equipment. David was a helpful and responsive host.

Stunning house & location. Everything a family needs!

We had the most amazing stay for 2 weeks at this property. I have stayed in many holiday houses with my family & friends over the years & this house has it all. The kitchen is so well equipped along with all the needs you would want from your own home. We were 3 families staying at this house & we were able to cook in if need be or take a 5 minute walk into Whistler Village for any needs. David was fantastic at communicating with any queries. The beds are super comfortable & even when the weather got to minus 21 degrees the house was always warm & toasty! This house would be a great all year round property & it exceeded our expectations for our family skiing holiday. Thanks David!

Beautiful ski in/out home

This townhouse was very comfortable overall. The location is fantastic. Right under the excalibur gondola. Takes 1 min to walk to the end of the driveway. We used Village Run as our landmark to get back to the house. Wonderfully decorated, beautiful kitchen. The boot warmers and space for ski gear is amazing in the garage. Plenty of parking. My only complaint was how minuscule the garbage can was. It was the size of a bathroom trash can so you'd have to take the garbage out so frequently. Also they didn't provide any glass cleaner to clean the table and only provided 1 roll of paper towels for a 3 day stay for 9 people.

It was very spacious and clean. My daughter got married that weekend and the bridesmaids got ready there that morning. The natural light was perfect and the space worked well. The only issues were hot water and parking. The evening before the wedding and the morning of there was no hot water. We tried to space out getting ready but all the bridesmaids and bride had cold showers. There was some issue with the on demand environmental hot water heater that did get resolved, but after all the getting ready. And it was a busy weekend so parking could be a challenge. Do not try to park in the garage and leave the door open as it will automatically shut. We had a ford escape that just barely fit in. Luckily it was in far enough when the door shut on its own. The garage just fits a small car.

The house was great and had everything we needed. Great location to ski in/ski out. David answered any questions very promptly and was helpful throughout the process. The garage was great to store our skis and the boot warmer was a huge plus. And the hot tub at the end of the ski day was wonderful.

Great PLACE!

Location awesome. You walk down a 5 minute ski slope and you are at the Longhorn restaurant in the village. This would be a true ski in and ski out location. In the summer which is when we visited it was a gravel path hike down. Super convenient.The place is super clean, fully stocked with all the things you need to cook a meal in. It would be nice to have some blinds put up so you can have some evening privacy from the neighbors but they were really quiet and not obtrusive. The outlook is trees/ mountain and is very peaceful. Communication with the owner is great. I ended up falling on the stairs when I was moving my baggage and damaged the wall. Something that I will have to pay for. The only thing I can say is the master bed upstairs is old and should be replaced. Everyone else in the house slept great including my 80 year old inlaws. I've stayed in all the nice place in Whistler and this is definitely top notch. The reno on this unit is very tasteful. It's perfectly situated between the upper and lower village.
