Cat's Cove, Pigeon Cay - 2 Acres w/ Private Beach

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy! We recently purchased the home in 2021 and have made many upgrades and renovations including new windows and doors in June 2023.

The Space:
The home features a large Tiki bar with seating for 8+, solar nighttime lighting, a sundeck, open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and wifi throughout the home. The "Cove" beach is wonderful for snorkeling right from the beach (we have some gear, but also bring own gear!). You can see many colorful tropical fish less than 50 yards from the beach! The "Tiki" beach to the left features pristine white soft sand and is ideal for swimming and relaxing. Just follow the short yellow ball path in front of the Tiki Bar to find the beach! (the sand shifts with the seasons, so depending when you're there, it might be more sandy on the Cove Beach, it might be more sandy on the Tiki beach!).

The home features 3 bedrooms, a king, a queen, and 2 singles. The primary bedroom has access to a bathroom with dual sinks, newly installed large walk-in shower with natural stone and tile floors, and with a rain showerhead. All bedrooms enjoy their own outdoor access directly to the beach with beautiful views. The home also features beach chairs, various board games and reading books to enjoy when relaxing.

Guests have access to 2 ocean kayaks. Please be sure to drag them well up the beach when not as use as guests will be responsible for a charge of $1500 per kayak to replace them if lost or damaged.

Guest access:
New dishwasher, new stove, new washer/dryer. Although always best to hang clothes on the outside clothesline with the ocean breezes!

Wifi: We added Starlink in 2023 which provides generally very fast internet speeds. We also have an outdoor extender and an indoor one. In case you want to stay connected while on vacation. :)

Flights to Cat Island:

Makers Air: Fly into Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, or West Palm Beach, take an Uber to Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport, and fly Maker's Air directly to New Bight Airport on Cat Island.

Western Air: Fly In Nassau. Fly Western Air directly to New Bight on Cat Island

Others: We can also help arrange charter flights if needed
