Amazing!

8 friends stayed at the mansion for a golf trip. The home was perfect. Communication and support from the host was perfect. We enjoyed daily chef service. We loved it and will be back!

As spacious and beautiful as the pics online

For my 65th birthday, I invited 7 close friends as a special trip for us all. The accommodations and the owner exceeded our expectations. Located on the El Tigre golf course (great track), the view is stunning especially the sunsets. Don't forget to jump into the pool. It's a highlight of our trip!

Incredible Mansion

What a house! This place was beautiful, clean and ... huge. Everyone in our party had a great, large room, clean towels and linens and graciously placed toiletries. The amenities were incredible. The host, Fred, was extremely helpful with recommendations, bookings, restaurant reservations etc. He even bought us lunch. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you! E.R.

Incredible Property and Hosting Team

This was a once in a lifetime stay. The property is beautiful and incredibly spacious. We ended up changing our plans to just hang out by the pool on our final day because it was such a nice place. Fred and his team were extremely helpful and attentive. They were on top of every request we had and provided assistance above and beyond what I expected. We had a full group of 20 people and were likely not the easiest of guests with that many people, but Fred and his team helped us coordinate multiple meals, grocery runs, and transportation. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and will recommend the Mansion to all of my friends!

Luxurious Retreat

The Mansion was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! The house is in a perfect location, right on the golf course with a wonderful view of the sunset in the evenings. The layout of the house is amazing, with room for lounging outdoors on each floor, including a balcony with a gate that unlatches and allows you to jump off the deck into the 22' deep pool below. The house is in a safe and gated community, with plenty of paths and areas for walking, jogging, and exploring the golf course during the day. The beach is just a mile away and is easily accessible by vehicle. What truly made this location stand out was the customer service from the host, Fred. He helped us arrange transportation and taxis when needed, recommended restaurants and beach clubs in the area, and made sure our group was accommodated and cared for. The house staff was wonderful and everything was spotlessly clean. Fred even helped arrange for a chef to cook for us during our visit. We would recommend this house to any group looking for a truly wonderful experience in Puerto Vallarta!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Where do we begin??? The Mansion - The pictures, while amazing, do not provide the proper vision of the property. Each room is stunning! The space, the views, the layout, the cleanliness, and the quality of the amenities are all stellar. The POOL!!!!!!!! The Host - Frederic and his wife went above and beyond to provide a first-class experience. They were extremely responsive to any and all requests we had, before and during the stay. The Staff (Including the host) - Provided superior customer service daily to ensure the property remained in immaculate and supreme condition. The entire staff are the true SUPERSTARS. OVERALL - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING NOTE: Do NOT miss the Tigers at the security gate. If you are not looking, you may miss them. DO NOT MISS THEM! Also, plan TAXI or Private Driver in advance. The Mansion is located in a gated community. Access into the community is protected and restricted.

Bachelorette party

Our stay at The Mansion was phenomenal! Frederic and his staff went above and beyond during our stay. We came here for my best friend’s bachelorette party which consisted of 16 girls. The house was amazing! We were able to have 2 girls to a room with their own personal bathroom (best thing ever). The house was in a gated community with 24hr security, so it was very safe and we had no issues going in and out. Frederic and his wife were very accommodating, I was not able to get transportation to the city multiple times and all I had to do was contact him and he would have our ride outside within 10-15 minutes. Frederic was very prompt and attentive every-time I contacted him, and helped me with whatever I needed. The house was very clean, AC worked great, and very very spacious. We even had some girls jump from the top balcony of the master bedroom and into the pool! I wish we had more time to enjoy it. If you’re looking for a nice clean space, in a safe neighborhood to accommodate a large group I would highly recommend this place. The only thing is, it is about 20-30 min from the main area in PV. I give this place 5 stars!! Would come back :)

We strongly recommend The Mansion for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation. The house is huge and immaculate, with enough bedrooms that everyone was able to have their own space. And while the place is set up to hang together, there are plenty of places to go get some time on your own, both inside and out. It is incredibly well-appointed with games and other diversions; there wasn’t a moment we weren’t entertained. The setting is beautiful – right on the golf course, facing west for great sunsets – and the substantial pool even comes with a jumping platform from the second floor. Additional extra touches such as a koi pond, a roof lounge, a gourmet kitchen, smart electronics in every room and a sound system which anyone can control from their phones make this a truly special spot. It is located in a gated community with 24h security, making it easy and safe to walk and run. It’s a short drive to the beach, restaurants, airport, marina and more. But the best feature of all was our host and his staff. Fred went out of his way to make sure that we had a perfect vacation. He was able to give us guidance on the best places to eat, where to do scuba, which beach clubs to hit, how to book tee times, and even where to get Covid tests for our return home. The chef was very flexible and the food was delicious. Everyone around the house greeted us with a smile each time we saw them and really made us feel at home. We strongly encourage you to check this amazing place out!
