Once you park, put your keys away as Out of the Blue offers a clean condo that is within walking distance (approximately half mile) to the downtown strip and other attractions such as Anakeesta, Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium as well as several restaurants, bars, and places to shop.
-This condo is conveniently located and within walking distance to the downtown strip near attractions like Gatlinburg Convention Center, Ripley's Aquarium, and Anakeesta (Big outdoor adventure hub offering zip lining, gondola rides, a treetop play area & other fun).

The condo is appointed with the following amenities:

-King size bed with luxury memory foam mattress
-Queen sized sofa pull-out bed with memory gel mattress (suitable for smaller children)
-*WALK-IN SHOWER ONLY. NO BATHTUB*
-Kitchenette with small stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Perfect for pizza, snacks, and other light meals!
-Seasonal Gas Fireplace available during cooler months
-Private Balcony overlooking pool
-58” Smart TV in main living area with cable TV (enabled for Netflix, Prime and other smart TV apps using guest's personal account)

Our stay at Out of the Blue was perfect. The Host's were very communicative and provided clear directions for check in/out. The room was very clean and well furnished. The host even reached out during the stay to check on us and make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

My husband, daughter, and myself stayed here from June 24-June 29. We loved everything about it from the check in to the location to the promptness with communication. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back! We love the back steps that lead you to the strip along with a trolley stop being right by the condo as well! Everything about this location was PERFECT!

Beautiful Clean Place Near Attractions

This condo was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The pool was also very clean and nice. The hike to attractions was definitely too much for our young children, but for us it wasn't too bad. Bring quarters for the laundry and pot holders if you use the oven. Otherwise a great stay. The entrance is the same level as the parking lot, so that was nice with the little kids.

Great Gatlinburg Stay

We stayed for my sons spring break 4/9-4/13 of 2025. Location was great. Only about 15 minute walk from the back to get to the strip right by Ripleys Believe it or not. Very quiet and secluded and close to everything. This I liked cause I didnt want the hassle of parking downtown. Will definitely book again!

Comfy and Cute

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We are in our 50’s and in pretty good shape and the walk to downtown wasn’t bad until the last day. Those stairs going back up were tough after a long day of shopping and eating so pace yourself.

Great Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed your stay! The place was really clean and a good walking distance from everything. I really appreciated the lighted stairway out back of the complex as it provided a little extra piece of mind when returning back to the room in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to getaway for the weekend.

Great vacation

Fantastic Condo in Gatlinburg

This is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in at this complex. It was updated and clean. The furniture and bed were comfortable, and the location was great for access to downtown. I was within walking distance of everything I needed. The owners were incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. I will be back again.

The smokies

The wife and I had a great time at this place. It was very clean, very well put together. The decor was modern and up-to-date. The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and very helpful, this place is a must if you want to stay close to downtown Gatlinburg.
