NOW WITH COMPLIMENTARY Wi-Fi and a television in each of its three bedrooms and the living room, SKYLARK-Down seamlessly combines comfort and connectivity. Sleeping up to six guests in ultimate comfort, it features three cozy bedrooms adorned with inviting Queen beds. Please note, this is a non-smoking vacation rental, and motorcycles are not permitted. Additionally, we gladly welcome well-behaved dogs under 30 pounds, ensuring your four-legged companion can join in the fun. A nominal pet fee of $235.00 and prior arrangements are required.

Cute older home
This home is fine for a weekend getaway at the beach. It just wasn’t the right location for us. It felt very open to the world. It offered very little privacy. The bathrooms were a bit of a challenge as the showers were a bit small for anyone over 5 years of age. The location as far as walk ability to main street was ideal.

Superb location and clean home!
Our overall experience at Skylark Down was great. The home was clean, super close to the beach and Main Street Ocean Drive for great local restaurants and entertainment. The check in and check out process was very easy. While we there, the owner(s) came in town and we had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with them. They were super nice and engaging. We have no complaints on our end. The home was all that we needed for our week at the beach.
