Prévoyez-vous de partir en vacances à Zurich et n'avez pas encore trouvé d'hébergement convenable ? Alors l'appartement de vacances appelé « Strawberry » est la bonne solution pour vous. Il s'agit d'un élégant appartement mansardé meublé à Zurich Oerlikon, qui dispose de 3,5 pièces. Au total, cinq personnes trouvent place dans le bel appartement de vacances. Les deux chambres à coucher sont chacune équipées d'un grand lit double et dans le salon il y a un canapé-lit supplémentaire. De plus, l'hébergement de vacances offre une cuisine moderne équipée des appareils de cuisine les plus modernes. Bien sûr, vous disposez également d'une salle de bain privée dans l'appartement.



Internet sans fil, télévision, nettoyage intermédiaire mensuel (séjours de plus de 45 jours), tous les frais supplémentaires, linge de lit, serviettes et nettoyage final (séjours jusqu'à 30 jours) sont inclus dans le prix. Une place de parking peut être louée selon la disponibilité et moyennant un supplément.



L'appartement mansardé est situé à Zurich Oerlikon, dans un quartier animé de la ville de Zurich. De nombreuses entreprises nationales et internationales y ont leur siège en raison des excellentes connexions à l'aéroport et à la ville. La gare d'Oerlikon est à quelques minutes de l'appartement. De là, vous pouvez atteindre la gare centrale et l'aéroport en train en 5 minutes.

Dans les environs immédiats, vous trouverez également de nombreux magasins, restaurants et la station de tramway et de bus Sternen Oerlikon.

Overall, property was very clean and a great space! Although, we arrived during a heat wave, so even with the fans provided and windows open, the heat was too much for us to continue our stay. We had to check out early, as temperatures were 25 degrees F above the normal. If this heat wave did not occur, the space would have been amazing!Keep the outdoor temperatures in mind, but overall the space was as-described and clean!

Stephanie was very responsive to our multiple inquiries and needs during our stay. She is a very good host. Zurich was going through a heatwave at the time of our arrival and she was able to secure additional fans beyond what was needed in the 4th floor attic apartment which was hot due to a heat dome over Europe. The elevator is very nice and up to date, modernized. The apartment was clean and spacious. If we had gone sometime other than the summer we would have thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, it was just exceptionally hot during our stay. The location is optimal if you want to go to the train station, dining, or shopping. And we felt safe walking anywhere in proximity to the apartment, we even ventured at least 1-mile on a walking trip to explore the area.

What a location!

This home is centrally located around lots of restaurants, shops, and beautiful architecture. Very short walk from the train and very clean.

I really like your apartment, enough space for 5 adults, especially 2 very clean bathrooms. Of course, it’s not as spacious as what we have in the USA, but it’s absolutely better than 2 hotel rooms. Location is fine, only 7 minutes walk to the Oerlikon train station. I would rent this apartment again if I decide to come back to Zurich.

Decent overall

Nice neighbourhood, seemed safe. Clean apartment but awkward if you’re tall. Enjoyed our stay but would recommend management change the bedding to lighter covers as it got very hot at night.

Great location and very clean apartment. Hot as it is on 5th floor in the roof but there were fans provided. No recycling possible within the flats which seemed a shame. Oerlikon a super handy locatiob for exploring Zürich and check in/check out very easy.

Nice Apartment comfortable and quiet

The apartment is clean has enough space for 3 people. The beds are comfortable with two bathroom. We enjoy our movie with big TV at the living room. I suggest to provide non-slip mat in the shower room. The location is fantastic just in the middle of centre however it was quiet at night because of good isolated. I would come back again certainly.

The location and cleanliness, the charming design, 2 bathrooms for a family of five, everything we needed and a lift! Maybe rearrange the layout of the master bedroom so both people are able to get into/out of bed without hitting their head! We moved the bed across as far as we could. Also, the shower head in the bathroom next to the kitchen may need adjusting as it flicked upwards on 3 occassions, spraying water everywhere. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend your apartment. Thank you!

ZH Strawberry - very clean nice place to stay

My family stayed in the Strawberry apartment in July. The apartment was very clean, very accessible by lift inside the building and also had ample windows to open for a cool breeze. The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We slept 5 in the apartment comfortably. The communication with the host was excellent. The area is a little more business related than downtown shopping related. However, there are several restaurants in the area along with grocery stores. If you need to stay in the Oerlikon area, this is perfect. If you are looking for more shopping area, you may want to look more downtown. For us, it was perfect. One last note, the apartment was very close to the train station. You are a 5 minute train to HSB which is the main hub. Very, very convenient. Oerlikon Train station is less than a 5 min walk.

It was spacious enough and in a nice area close to trains and buses. The only thing was that it was too hot in one of the rooms with only 1 window. My daughter couldn’t stay in the room even with the window open and 2 fans in there. Also would like to have some hooks to hang your towels in the bathroom, But those are minor and we enjoyed our stay there.

De accomodatie is precies zoals in de advertentie. De bedden zijn goed en zo ook de badkamers. Alles lekker schoon. De zithoek zou wat uitgebreider kunnen zijn en wat meer comfortabel. De locatie is super. Dichtbij alles wat we nodig hadden en mooi dat het OV zo dichtbij is.

Saubere, nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber, nett und mit den dunkel kontrastierten Dachbalken sehr charmant und auch wunderbar für einen Kurztrip mit Familie geeignet. Die Kommunikation war einfach, der Service mit dem Einchecken leicht und exakt und der kleine Aufzug brachte unsere Koffer zuverlässig in zwei Fahrten nach oben. Einen Minimalabzug gibt es für die klemmende Toilettentür und eine klappernde-tockernde Lüftung in diesem Bad, sowie fehlende Kissen auf dem Schlafsofa, das zum Sitzen ein wenig steif ist. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen und uns erneut darin wohlfühlen.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung zu finanziell guten Konditionen; Ausrüstung mit Küchengegenständen ist eher sparsam und nicht ganz zufriedenstellend. Hervorragend ist der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus.
