The historic hideaway is nestled in Statesboro's historic district just off the iconic Savannah Avenue. Many of the original homes and gardens still stand and are privately preserved to capture southern charm. This 3 bed, 2 bath cottage offers a cozy, charming feel that is hidden but yet, in the heart of it all. 1 mile from downtown shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and farmers market and just 2 miles from GSU's beautiful campus. We do charge a $50 pet fee. You will LOVE this property!

Very private location in the heart of the historic district within 1 mile from shopping, restaurants, farmers market, entertainment and more.

The Neighborhood:
Southern charm surrounds this property and is nestled on a private street in the historic district.

Getting Around:
Although a car is recommended for travel, guests are within walking/biking distance to main attractions. Uber and Lyft are also available from this location.

Other Things to Note:
Smoking is not allowed inside of the unit. We asked that you politely find a smoking area outside!

Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50.

No parties are events are allowed!
