Gracious host, wonderful neighborhood

We had a great time staying in this comfy quiet townhome. We enjoyed walking and bicycling in the area and the many nearby restaurants. Community pool and hot tub are very nice. Overall a very pleasant stay!

My husband and I recently purchased this beautiful patio home so we could be close when we visited our daughter and her family who live in Tucson. We hope to fully retire in the next couple of years and move to Oro Valley full time after falling in love with the area when looking to purchase this patio home

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We fell in love with the area because of the amazing amenities offered to active adults and how beautiful the high desert landscape is. We knew we wanted a place we could rent some of the year and we could not pass up all the activities available to people who want to get away from the snow and cold and enjoy life if only for a month or two during the winter months.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Out of all the patio homes we looked at, this was the only one that I would not mind living in full time when my husband and I finally retire.. It has a large living room, dining room kitchen area with room to set up a large desk for me to work. It has a great layout with the master bedroom on one side and the guest bedroom and bathroom on the other side. The den is perfect as a TV room and has room for an extra desk for my husband to work. The laundry room is by the back door to the garage. The main selling point, though, was the patio out back that looks down on an beautifully landscaped arroyo with a walking path. I could sit out there all day watching the bunny rabbits. It has numerous golf, hiking, biking places, close but almost hidden grocery stores and restaurants. Oh, did I mention how safe you feel in this gated community and while out and about whether hiking or at the grocery store.
