This 20 million dollar private ranch compound completed in 2019 is like nothing you have ever seen. Small Valley Ranch was designed to create an environment where friends, family, or co-workers can have great times together and never need to leave the property. Your rental is for our luxury and spacious home. We offer free usage of our 6,300 sq ft. private recreation and athletics building where you and your guest can have endless entertainment playing basketball, pickleball, volleyball, soccer, weight room, cardio equipment, pool table, ping pong, bubble hockey, Nascar racing simulators, shuffleboard, pacman, pinball, putting green, bocce, corn hole, listen to music, watch movies on the projector screen or numerous televisions, dine with your group, or hang in the cozy lounge area. We like to think of the recreation building as the Ultimate Man Cave, which was built by the owner to entertain his three boys. Guest renting our home have our permission to use the private recreation building for free. Your rental price is the same whether you choose to use the recreation building or not. Park City, like most towns, has a noise ordinance that prohibits any outside noises above 65 decibels between 9 P.M. to 7 A.M. that can disturb a neighbor. In simple terms this means no outdoor music after 9 P.M. and you must be respectful of surrounding neighbors just as you would be in your own home. Noise measuring devices are installed at the entrance of the property, 600 feet from the main home, in order to monitor and prevent any potential noise violations.

Small Valley Ranch has an amazing location as it is centrally located five minutes from Kimball Junction (Park City’s main shopping area), 15-20 minutes to Deer Valley and Park City/Canyons Mountain, and 40 Minutes from Salt Lake City airport. 28 night rental. The view from Small Valley ranch is the entire mountain range of Deer Valley, Park City and Olympic Park. Small Valley Ranch, located in a subdivision called Silver Creek, gives you the ability to have extreme privacy on 9 acres, but be at Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, state liquor store, grocery stores, and restaurants within five minutes.

During your stay we include daily cleaning and for an additional fee we offer an incredible butler to take care of all your errands, grocery shopping, light cooking of all meals, appetizers, bar tending, and maintaining and cleaning all kitchens.
